The friendly and helpful staff, the clean rooms, the roof top restaurant. We liked how quiet our room was and how quick staff was to help us with anything we needed. We liked the wide selection at breakfast.

The AC unit was blowing right over our head (over the bed) it was quite uncomfortable even on low setting. We got the facility for the pool but the water was so cold, we did not get to use it. The hotel advertise a fitness room but it's not actually in the hotel and was closed during our stay.

Hotel Shambala was one of the highlights of our visit to Kathmandu. The hotel was well situated with easy access to the city centre, and has good sized rooms, a wonderful rooftop restaurant, bar and pool, and top class international and local cuisine. Above all, Shambala made us feel immediately at home with its dedicated and friendly staff. Notably Rusha, Swastika and Prem at the front reception we’re especially professional, courteous and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Shambala to anyone visiting Kathmandu.

The service at this hotel is par excellence. The staff are beyond amazing and would do everything in there capacity to make your stay way more comfortable. Special mention to the front desk staff abhishek who went out of the way, to arrange cabs, fx or whatever was requested for me. 10/10 to every member of the staff

nice, clean and very friendly staff! the pool on the top was great ! foods in the restaurant also good. I was twisted my foot badly, hotel of staff gave me a lot of help and really appreciate that . I highly recommend this hotel .

Great location. Large windows with good views (would recommend exec rooms on upper floors) Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Extensive menu - delicious food (had lunch a couple of times in the restaurant). Stay in Kathmandu often but first time staying at the Shambala. Would return.

We liked everything in this hotel - breakfast, our deluxe room and spa service. Hotel Staff is exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, that made our stay very comfortable. Thanks to all employees, and special thanks to Sujen Roman for the best coffee in the morning.

I truly recommend hotel Shambala, its so nice and clean, stuff is really helpful! Its having amazing bar on the top and infinity pool! Food is so delicious and rooms are comfortable! i would like to that bathrooms are renovated too but its fine

Hotel and all facilities were exceptional. Staff were all so friendly and always greeted with a smile. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Brrakfast and all food was amazing!
