The hotel is well located just 8 mins by the free hotel shuttle service from the airport. The room was a good size with a large kitchen king sized bed. There was plenty of storage space, power points tables comfy chair and tea/ coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent power shower. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide choice of foods available. The staff were very welcoming and helpful offering us additional personal items as our ongoing flight had been cancelled and we had no access to our luggage.They gave us an adaptor for our mobile phone and other necessities.

The lighting in the room whilst subtle and atmospheric, made the room really dark and it was difficult to actually see anything. Not helped by dark skies and pounding rain outside! There was no simple on /off switch for the radiator in the bathroom. There was an incredibly complicated attachment to the radiator which presumably had to be programmed in order to get the radiator to work. As a guest you don't need all this. Just a simple on / off would suffice. Needless to say the radiator had to stay off making the bathroom pretty cold.

I use this hotel a few times a year when convenient for my flights. The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the shuttle is very practical. Normally we book directly through Bonvoy but this time around Booking.com offered a materially better deal.

My booking included a free genius breakfast. This was not clearly on record in both the restaurant and at check-out. It was resolved immediately when I mentioned it, but it seems some better alignment between Booking.com and the hotel may be possible.

The hotel that offered a free shuttle bus to the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel was easy to find, and the shuttle ran every 30 minutes, so there was always one available when I needed it. The bed in my room was very comfortable - not too soft and not too hard. It was the perfect balance and I had a great night's sleep. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided in the room were also of good quality and left my hair feeling clean and refreshed. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

There were a few minor aspects of the hotel that could be improved. One issue I encountered was that the hotel provided bar soap instead of liquid soap, which can be a bit messy after a few uses. Because the hotel is located close to the airport, I did sometimes hear the noise of airplanes at night, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Another issue I encountered was that it took the air conditioning unit a little bit of time to warm up the room. However, none of these issues were major and overall I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

Booked this hotel very last minute due to a cancelled flight out of Schipol airport. Beautiful hotel. Great service. The duty manager offered pizza to everyone in the queue free of charge. Good level of cleanliness. Didn’t have breakfast. Free shuttle back to airport the following morning with a really great driver. Really great experience. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were modern and very clean. Good choice of tv channels. The restaurant had many different options for dinner. I found the breakfast was a bit disappointing considering we pay an extra €25.50.

I took a public bus to the hotel, the bus dropped me off at the one stop. The walk from the bus stop to the hotel is unsafe to walk. I had to walk on the road and had to cross a very busy main road. There is no path to get to the hotel.

Nice hotel we booked to be close to an event. Confortable, helpful staff.

The food from the bar / room service was terrible - dont do it!

Breakfast was very good, plenty & fulfilled our taste. Staff were friendly , helpful & curtesy’s. In particular Ben at Reception , Guest Service, who exceeded our expectation of service & was very helpful , suggested options and provided with the information about the 2 day festival which otherwise we would have otherwise missed.

The service in the Bar room opposite of the main Restaurant was slow & at times not easy to make eye contact with. Otherwise was ok.

Good to have the shuttle bus to talker us to airport then connect to the train . I am gluten free so it was good to have a fridge . Also a microwave in rooms would be great.

Personally I like a microwave as being gluten free it’s difficult. I had my own plate and plastic cutlery. Frustrating not catered for well in Uk or Europe

The airport Renaissance in Amsterdam was a wonderful experience. We were delayed/cancelled several times trying to get back to the states and so kept extending our time there. The airport shuttle runs almost continuously every half hour and only takes 15 minutes. At the airport you can catch a train or bus into the city center, or stock up on food supplies at the grocery store, or have a decent lunch. We did all that, going there every day. The hotel has a nice restaurant on-site, but it was too expensive to eat there every day, so we often got microwave-able food from the store at the airport. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave ( a “Magnetron” in Europe), but there is one in the lobby. The room was the quietist we have ever been in: no jet noise, no door-slam noise, no hall noise or upstairs foot-tread noise. King bed was comfortable and there were two chairs and a desk it the room. Th desk personnel were very efficient and polite - Ilse from Mexico City was especially helpful and personable. She deserves a raise.

No microwave in room. We had difficulty convincing the cleaning staff that we didn’t need the room cleaned every single day.
