I guess, its all about what you want from an Airport Hotel. For me, this fully met my expectations. My room was modern, clean, but basic (which for 1 night is fine). The bed was comfy and there were plenty of sockets (including, next to the bed). There is a TV and safe, but that's about it. The bathroom was like a pod. However, it was functional and met my needs. There is a bar and restaurant (which opened at 4am for breakfast, which is great, if you have an early flight). Staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus runs between 1- 4 times an hour, depending on the time of day and took about 10mins in the morning, but 20mins in the afternoon.

The hotel is well located, very close to Schiphol Airport. They offer a shuttle bus which brings you directly to the hotel (10 minutes ride). The rooms are small (we had a 3-bed-room), but it's fine for a short stay. Enough plug-ins for all the technical stuff to charge :-) It was clean and functional. The lobby is huge and you can buy drinks and snack at the 24/7 stop. Coffee is for free. Across the street you find a bus station if you like to go to the centre (25 minute ride to Leidseplein). The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Nothing to complain

Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, room was clean and value was excellent. Location was excellent and convenient for the airport and the shuttle bus was an excellent facility however i was unable to take my fresh coffee from the foyer on the bus , and although i understand they want to avoid spillage i am a grown man and am capable of not spilling my drink! I would not count this as a negative experience however as it is a reasonable request. Although a sign to indicate this by the coffee machine would be helpful. The only negative would be that the Burger bar was a little pricey but it was still of decent quality. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my stay and so is my partner! We would definitely stay again and would be unlikely to use a different hotel. Thank you!

Free hotel shuttle roughly every 20 mins to/from Schiphol airport, easy to find the stop point. They have many restaurants to eat at as well as a bar if you do not want to go into the city. They offer a breakfast buffet for about 17 euro, you can make the most of it, get seconds, and stay however long you like. The staff were lovely at check-in, and all throughout the hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the smart TV allowed us to mirror our Samsung phone and watch whatever we wanted. Also the comfiest bed we’ve slept on in the 2 weeks we spent travelling through Europe! We also enjoyed the beauty of a 12pm check-out time. 10/10 for Ibis Amsterdam Airport Hotel!

Absolutely nothing.

There is no extra cost if you arrive with your doggy. The free shuttle bus to the airport can really release the stress because is it easy to use, most of the time 3x / hours. The lady in the gift shop was very friendly, and the price was suprisingly quite okay. A nice fridge magnet for 2.50€ is a very good price.

The price of the parking was a horror, I understand that they try to avoid that everybody leaves the car there but a special price for hotel guest could be applied. The breakfast costs 17€ / person. The bankcontact did not work. The elevators are very small especially if you have more baggages.

Room was quiet and comfortable. It was too warm at the beginning but easily solved by opening the window. Shuttle bus available for going to and from the airport.

Staff at counter during check in could be a bit nicer. Shuttle bus could be more frequent as we were able to get into the shuttle bus both times (going to and from airport) but both times the bus was super full, and one time we were standing almost at the door, and if there were more people they would not have been able to board!

I had a horrible experience with an Airbnb run by an American and was too frightened to remain there, so after a one-day tour of Paris, I returned to your hotel instead. I must admit that there were a few issues at first, such as there being a long wait to check in and I and another guest were mistakenly given keys to the same room! After that was sorted out, I was placed in a room across the hall from a crying baby. And after my terrible Airbnb experience, I just couldn't take any more stress. Luckily, the hotel staff accommodated my request to be moved to a quieter area, and I was placed in one of the newer rooms! If I had a suggestion for you all, it would be to renovate the older rooms as soon as possible! There's no way your hotel wouldn't be continually packed if ALL the rooms looked like the one I was changed to -- THANK YOU!

Please see above for what I didn't like so much. Another plus was the gift shop, with its variety of souvenirs and reasonable prices!!! And the shuttle to the airport and the bus lines into the city!!! Super! Super! Super!🌞🌻

Shuttle bus came on time and made getting back and forth to the hotel easy. Free tea and coffee offered in the lobby. Can check out as early as needed to get to the airport in time - I ended up checking out around 5am with no issues. Multilingual staff make checking in a breeze. Comfortable beds made getting a few hours of shut-eye not only possible, but I had no issues falling asleep (once my allergy issue noted below began to subside!)

Whilst I didn't notice any dust, something in the room triggered my allergies and I found myself coughing and sneezing a lot through my overnight stay. Food in the 24h take away section was a bit overpriced in my opinion so I didn't take advantage of that during my stay.

It is about the closest you can get for an hotel in Schiphol without using the ones inside the terminal, which are after security and a bit of a hassle if you have checked-in luggage. The staff was super nice and helpful with everything, beds were really comfy and rooms at the right temperature.

The shuttle bus was slightly late, and this was for a very early flight so it counts! The rooms were not perfectly clean, but honestly this was a bit of a minor issue. The rest was remarkably good for a hotel this kind.

IBIS Schiphol is perfectly located when traveling to and from Holland (The Netherlands) by plane. I often book the last night before departure to avoid traffic and other problems on my departure date. The last day I go visit Amsterdam via the 397 bus connection, close to the hotel, taking me down-town round trip for only 11.50 Euro. I was happy the bar had reopened after Covid closure.

The hotel is the perfect efficient organization that manages large numbers of travellers in a very smooth way. Always amazing. The dissonant was that the bar was open again (Hoera!) but no bitterballen yet. For my last night in NL I love a beer with bitterballen. Hopefully next time
