Breakfast was incredibly good. I can say it was the best breakfast I had in a hotel. There was a variety to choose from and the omelette was out of this world. Also the breakfast room is in a modern glass extension with plenty of light coming in. The staff was also very competent and friendly. Staff put an effort to switch my room to a room with a terrace after it became available however be aware of the rear rooms with balcony or terrace as mosquitos will keep you up at night.

Toilet brush holder could have been cleaned up before checking in. Bicycle rent far too expensive.

smoking allowed immediately outside the entrance. We had to walk through smoke each time. We were in a room just above and the smoke cane in the room when we wanted to open our balcony door. Also the outdoor seating area is just under that room 116, so people sitting outside smoking and talking was very annoying. You should consider moving that area far away from the building for the comfort of your other guests

This hotel has LARGE rooms that are soundless and immaculately clean, LARGE comfortable beds, airco, good heating, a safe, black-out curtains, fridge, nice lighting and a 24/7 reception. A big bonus is the bathtub, shower cubicle with excellent water pressure, double wash basins and a separate toilet. Breakfast is ample, fresh and varied, eggs are fried to order and coffee machines can do any coffee you might fancy.

Some more pillows in the cupboard, an extra toilet roll and real glasses or sturdy plastic ones would be nice.

Unseemly smells: . . . we had our window closed. . . 1. We rose late, so didn’t breakfast there, but the smells of cooked breakfasts invaded our room each morning. 2. We regularly smelled cigarette smoke from whomever was smoking outside/nearby.. Tea/coffee/milk/sugar sachets: The allotted daily amount for beverages was meager and it was hit or miss as to what was actually refilled on a given day.

On arrival, my booking couldn't be found, but the very friendly staff went out of their way to help me, even providing a free upgrade. The rooms and bathrooms are all newly renovated, are very clean, and bed comfy. I didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. Very well located for the airport, also close enough to travel into Amsterdam and explore the surrounding areas of Holland. I'd gladly stay again.

The room was very large, it has a terrace. Daily cleaning the room.

We couldn't open the door to the balcony because of the mosquitos. The WC was in a separare room than the bathroom, to wash your hands you must enter the other space (bathroom), The hotel was 12-15'' far from the tram stop.

Perfect Hotel to visit Amsterdam i a quiet and lovely Area. When you travel with a car, perfect, free Parking there. To the center we went with the train (Tram), and after and Central Zuid we changed to the metro. Almost 45min to the city center. The way to the Tramstation was 8min walking and very nice nature and buildings. Only 8Euros the ticket for the whole day. The beds are very comfortable, I slept like an angel, very deep. Amazing brakfast, they make omelettes, also eggs, bacon, fruits, bred , cheese , joghurts, etc etc. All what you need. The service team on thr breakfast and also the whole stuff on the reception, all people so friendly!!! Thanks you all so much. Very big room,nice bathroom, is a lovely Hotel.

The smell in the building was not so good. Dirty windows they should clean it a bit more I think.

Great value for money, the hotelstaff is very welcoming, the decor is inviting, it is a very pleasant surprise for being in the outskirts of a suburb (Amstelveen). Rooms er spacious, I like that there was a shower AND bath, and the bathroom (toilet) was separate. Breakfast was ok.

The "restaurant" (for dinners) was closed/under renovation, but the hotel could order takeout meals from nearby restaurant. Service was good, but meal was disappointing. Not good as an option for several easy evenings in a row. The rooms were 'cleaned' during the day, but for what I could see only the beds were made up and bathroom supplies refilled. Nothing else, trash was not removed, towels not changed. I didn't mind too much, but normally trash should be removed and towels changed out etc. (if not having a system to tell staff "do not change this towel") etc. Finally, the on-site parking is a limited and a little cramped. It is ok, but be prepared.

Great place if you need to spend the night before or after flying from Schiphol (Amsterdam). The staff was super nice and there is a bar inside if you feel like having a drink.

It is expensive for what it is. The parking lot is small which makes you walk a bit to the next area where you can park.

Very comfortable big rooms. Every little detail was thought of. Breakfast was lovely. It takes about 50 minutes to get into Amsterdam but being outside of the city meant it is quiet so we slept great. It was nice to return to a peaceful area after the business of Amsterdam

Staff could have explained public transport better.
