The rooms were exactly what you would expect from an Ibis Budget. Clean, bed, tv, own bathroom. There was a small shop located in the lobby if you wanted to purchase any drinks or snacks anytime during your stay. The hotel next door had a bar and restaurant located on the 6th floor, with stairs leading to a sun deck. Great place for a couple of drinks in the evening. Located right next to a tram stop. Only takes about 15 mins to get into the city center. Tickets were very cheap. We paid 9 euro for a 24 hour travel pass.

Breakfast was a standard "continental breakfast" with a selection of bread, cold meats, cheese, and tea & coffee facilities. No options for any cooked foods, or any options to pay for any cooked foods. No toaster.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with much needed A/C. The hotel was very close to the tram line which was ideal for getting in and out of the city. There was a shop in the lobby for basic snacks and drinks.

A tap in the lobby/hall to fill up a water bottle would have been nice-there was a tap in the breakfast area but it was closed off. Water was expensive to buy. I personally didn't find the breakfast great.. unless you like meat and cheese sandwiches and very hard boiled eggs. A toaster, some chopped fruit and more than 2 cereals would have been great.

We had no expectations of the hotel before arrival as it was a budget break. However, everything exceeded my expectations and clean the bathroom spotlessly clean the beds. A comfortable towel changed every day. There was shower gel provided and replenished every day. No kettle or tea, making facilities, but I expected I knew that. The rooms are compact but is everything you need as a base to explore and Amsterdam. The tram is 250 yards from the hotel which takes you directly into the city centre. There is a good breakfast for €11.50 continental breakfast tea, coffee, croissant bread, fruit, yoghurt, cheese ham You don’t need to book in advance, you could just go down in the morning and have a breakfast. In reception it’s a little shop where you can get snacks and drinks including hot drinks. The hotel had some areas around reception where you could sit down and relax. We brought some food from outside back and sat down at the table and ate there and bought some drinks from the little shop area in reception hotel was quiet there were a lot of groups of people staying in the hotel. However we had no trouble with noise from anyone. The hotel staff are really helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect and I will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. The rooms were on the smaller side, especially with three in because the only real space in the room is taken up by the third bed, but again was to be expected with the price of the room.

Good location calm and safe, modern building, very well connected to public transport (tram just 150m), supermarket not far, everything works, nice view from room, international TV, room has small table with two simple chairs, convenient breakfast hours, enough space in breakfast room, large-enough shower, helpful staff, flexible possibility to choose "no room service" for any selection of days

No brush for toilet, one towel was a bit dirty, rather small room, not much space for cloths (just 6 coat hangers, no closet), no hairdryer, acceptable but limited breakfast buffet (no fried eggs), a bit away from center but not too far

We really liked the hotel, very clean, and the room was comfortable. Although the hotel is not in the city center, the location was convenient due to its proximity to a metro/tram station. The exceptional service made a notable difference – every staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit.

We did have a couple of things that weren't our favorite. First off, the snack prices were a bit steep, and the breakfast cost more than we thought for the limited selection they had. But hey, these were just little things and didn't really put a damper on the good time we had at the hotel.

The rooms were totally fine if you plan on traveling and spending time outdoors during the day. The only seating option was on the beds and if you stay with 3 people in 1 room, it's gonna be super cramped (most likely not even enough space to open suitcases properly if you travel with larger luggage). The hotel is located closely to the tram and bus spot which makes it ideal to visit Amsterdam. The breakfast was fine and there were some choices. However, if you are vegan you might want to consider getting your own breakfast. Staff was friendly regarding all matters and we were able to receive a parking spot.

The rooms are quite small and having at least a chair or some space to put clothing from your luggage would have been nice. There are hangers only but not shelves or closet that you can use.

Price include breakfast; location is perfect; less than 5 minutes walking distance to tram station and reach to either south train station or museum areas. Staff in the front desk is friendly and love to tell you travel tips in the city.

Room compare to hotel in North America is small as well as the table. Shower dose not have anti-slippery so be careful. No e-kattle so you need to go to hotel lobby to get hot water; mini super-market at lobby is over-price; free WiFi has remember me function but you still need to re-connect it daily.

location wise, despite not situated in the central Amsterdam, it’s convenient enough to get to the central from the tram stop 2 mins walk from the hotel.

they didn’t provide hairdryer and forgot to provide new towel on our second day of stay.

Does what it says on the box. You have a room, a bed and a hot shower with good pressure. Room was small but not cramped. Commute to and from the airport was easy using a combination of tram and train. The same tram also takes you up into Amsterdam city centre. We only stayed one night as we had a long layover and it was perfect for that purpose.

Can't really find fault with the venue. It's a budget hotel which met my expectations for what I paid.

A calm place, quiet surrounds for walking around, a great and friendly team assisting the guests in the front-desk. The convenience store inside the hotel.

Wanted to try the Ibis Budget for the first time, but felt a bit disappointed about the location. Despite of having public transportation just a short walk from the hotel, it is quite far from the city center and there is a need to take two tram lines to get there.
