The staff from the start to the finish were excellent. Very friendly and super helpful. Especially Edith she was very kind and patient and very friendly. They were responsive with any issues. It was nice to be away from the city centre and it was very close to local transport. The room was very big and spacious and had everything needed for a week long break. The room was very clean and tidy. Short walk to the local supermarkets. Great location and great staff. Made my first trip to the Netherlands very memorable. Will definitely be booking again!

Check out time- would be good if it could be around 12 especially as we were staying for a week but despite us waking up a bit late the staff were really kind and allowed us some extra time so we didn't have to rush.

Nice clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, everyone speaks English, nice rooms, in a nice clean safe neighborhood. Good location - feels like you are in the suburbs with just a 7 minute walk to Amsterdam's excellent public transportation system that gets you all over Amsterdam. A good value especially for the kosher traveller as everything you need is near the hotel. One should take advantage of the bicycle rental at the hotel. A 5 minute bike ride from the hotel and you are in the Dutch coutryside with parks farms , canals and a windmill .

I was specifically looking for the hotels in Amstelveen as I was traveling to attend exhibition in Cobra museum which is located nearby. Spacious and clean ,apartment like ,very well equipped rooms, friendly and supportive staff, quiet and calm location very well connected with inner city with easy access to public transport. I'd like to specially thank Milena and her counterpart that helped me out with adjusting check- out time! Thank you so much for your support! :) Would definitely recommend and surely come back next time!

Very nice studio apartment. Good shower facilities, separated from the toilet. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils. Good breakfast. Close walking distance to tram st taking you to the city center in 17 min. Several supermarkets nearby. For the airport catch bus 300 a few stops away with tram no 25 (pay airport ticket on the bus with your credit card since gvb tickets can't be used on this service).

Would be nice to have hand soap available after using the toilet, instead of having to access the other room to wash hands.

Everything was at the top! - The room was bright and spacious, with all the facilities we needed. - The view from the panoramic windows was great! - The walls were well soundproofed. We haven't heard any noise for 5 days. - The service staff is super-duper kind and always at your disposal. - In addition, the hotel provided with the possibility to rent bicycles and enjoy riding across the forest and vicinities.

Just a kindly note, no minus. - We were unsure of where to dispose of the garbage and plastic with paper for recycling.

It was really lovely. Very comfortable and nice and relaxing. Staff were great. Good to have a selection of items to purchase at reception as there weren't shops nearby. There was a shop at the garage nearby, but it was shut. Great to have a Nespresso machine in the apartment. Great start to the day. There was nice toiletries in the apartment, and nice fluffy towels. Fantastic storage in the apartment. I had breakfast the first morning and it was ok for the money.

Would have liked the restaurant to be open in the evening, but, was not a big issue. I know we had a kitchen etc, but some bottles of water in the fridge would have been nice. Again not a big deal. It was maybe a bit too far out to get to the centre of Amsterdam, however, we chose this location as it was nearer to the stadium where we were going.

I must say the room is very spacious for European standards. Lovely and calm neighborhood, 5 mins walk from the tram station. Bed's mattresses and linen were super comfortable. 2 shower toilets were very convenient for a group of 4. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

Room cleaning and amenities (i.e. coffee capsules) is only provided once per week. Facility's name is "Adagio Amsterdam" but it's actually located in the outskirts of Amsterdam, in a slightly remote city called Amstelveen. Not that it's a negative point if you prefer being a bit distant than city center and in a calm and charming neighborhood yet easily commutable to any destination in Amsterdam.

Very clean place, very sleek, very high quality toiletries, hot and powerful shower, awesome bed, large rooms, very nice and helpful staff. Most high-end hotel I've ever been. Not exceptional facilities like a pool but equipped with everything you might need. The tram is a 5 minute walk and you can get to Amsterdam by bicycle in 15 minutes. They rent out bikes for about 15 euros / day. There is ample parking, both covered and uncovered, and you can come in and out as you wish for 12 euros / day (we were also offered the evening of our arrival). For Jewish observants / Shabbat / שבת: The reception usually know about Shabbat, opening doors proactively and coming to replace the lock with a physical key on demand. There is a place in the lobby with a bunch of candles for women. There is a solid Chabad minyan right under the hotel (entry from outside). If you bring your own pots, make sure they use convection. Lots of kosher food and synagogues in Buitenveldert (15 minute walk) including Shabbat catering.

The location isn't that good but it is quiet and safe, and the price is just excellent compared to any other option, in particular for the quality provided.

A very convenient, spacious, well equipped, quite and clean apartment. A big and comfortable bed, many closets, large bathroom and separate toilets. The staff were very nice. Location - there's a close tram station with 2 lines (5 and 25) every few minutes, allowing a short trip to Amsterdam-zuid train station, from which there's a fast metro connection to the city or a frequent direct short train trip to the airport.

Situated in a quiet residential suburb is good for those who like the tranquil atmosphere (like me), but there are no cafe's and only very few restaurants nearby. Two good supermarkets (Jumbo and Albert Heijn) are nearby, but are still about 10 minutes walk. All of these didn't bother me, but are worth knowing

The door thresholds to the WC and shower room are too high, they are trip hazards according to British building standards, I hurt my toes on these many times. The hand held shower head should have been mounted on the wall at a height where it could be used as a standard shower. This is because the rain shower arrangement is not practical when ladies want to keep their hair dry! There were not enough towel rails and clothes hooks in the shower room, to accommodate 3 ppl towels, hand towel, and clothes while changing. (From an Architect!)
