The robes and coffee making facilities, nice extras. The location is trendy and well connected if not very central. Daily housekeeping, lovely comfy bed, we shared as two friends and slept very well. Big bathrooms! Good temperature. Late check out. Great value compared to everywhere else we saw! Breakfast no longer offered at the hotel but available in various places very nearby.

Our layout wasn't great for 2 people the room was a little tight but had a balcony and was fine really. Our other room felt bigger but they gave that to the single person in the party, think that was just a mistake.

Room spacious for two people, lovely bathroom and big walk in shower. Bed was comfortable also. Hotel felt secure lots of security badges to scan with your card to get in as the hotel is in a building shared with private apartments. Tram stop was 2 minutes from the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Couldn't work the Aircon to warm up the room as there are no heaters but as it wasn't super cold outside it was fine. The location was just a little further out from the centre than we hoped. We like walking and it took about 30 minutes to get into the centre on foot but on the bright side gave us a chance to see more of the city other than just the main bits.

We had amazing stay! Great location, museum district on the hand, The Dam square only 20 min walk away, lovely room, beautiful bathroom, wifi worked perfectly all the time, comfy bed Btw, lovely young man on the reception, we arrived early, about 10AM, and our room was ready! Thank you for that!!

One dirty glass in the bathroom and there was also one opened and already used shower-cap :/ The coffee machine has to be clean properly (staines of water and coffee on it’s sides)

Communication with the Amadi was very good. The hotel even texted us to offer to arrange early check-in if we were arriving early. No breakfast available but there are several bakeries, restaurants and cafes on the street. Location was fine for walking most everywhere, including to and from the airport bus which stops on Leidseplein. The room was modern, clean and had a balcony, which was most appreciated. The room also had a fridge. We would stay at the Amadi again.

The explanation of how to get to the Amadi from Amsterdam Centraal was confusing. The 11 tram was suggested but when we could not find it, we learned that it runs only during rush hour and we never did locate where it stopped. I think that overall, the instructions could have been more clearly written.

The room overlooked a canal in a lively area just outside of the old part of Amsterdam. The public transit was about a 10 minute walk, so it sometimes made sense just to walk to wherever we where going. About a 15 minute walk to the museums. The staff was great. Both people I spoke with where very helpful. Solomon went above and beyond when helping us navigate the hotel and the city.

The TVs were a bit on the old side. When I tried plugging in my chromecast, I got video but no sound. It was also confusing to turn it on (Solomon helped with that). The TVs had no smarts on their own. Note: that the rest of the hotel made up for it so I still gave it a 10. I honestly wasn't in the room long enough for that to matter.

Really liked location , close to lots of central trams and also walking to a few main attractions. Cant praise staff enough were all so friendly and helpfull. Free waiting room with coffee tea and water was so nice touch . Really handy safe in room also

Is in residential area so just be aware can be loud if has scheduled cleaning or just normal flat noises in general people going to work etc. Abit overpriced for stay

Room was comfy and adequate. Nice shower. Location was good and easy to access with public transport with a short walk from the tram. In the reception there was free coffee, tea and water (including sparkling) which was really great. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a coffee pod machine in the room also. It leaked and it was replaced immediately we notified reception. This room seemed to be mobility accessible... as the shower was walk in and there was a basin without anything under to block a wheelchair.

We were upgraded to a superior room by booking.com but not sure what made it superior. I found the tiles on the shower to be slippery (but my friend didn't) and would have felt better with something non slip on the floor. There wasn't really anywhere to put toiletries near the sink. Just a small shelf about the size of a small shoebox. Not enough for 2 girls. Although we booked a twin, we had a queen... no problem for us really, but it could be for some.

The location is perfect, it’s right by the museums. The room was clean, they had soft drinks and beer in the minibar free of charge. They also have coffee, tea, fruit and cookies in the reception.

The room was quite small. If you are going to stay longer (We stayed 3 nights), you wouldn’t like it. Also the entrance to the building is weird at first, but easy to find.

Location is great, just a walking distance from the main spots/sightseeing of Amsterdam and very close to the tram stop (100 mts from the hotel). Plenty of restaurants, markets, bars and coffee places next door, so no need to have breakfast at the hotel. Room size, for Amsterdam standards, is very good. Lift is available as well.

Hotel charged one night fee 4 days in advance, even though we had the option to cancel reservation for free.

The room was very clean, cozy and very comfortable. The location is great, close enough to the city center for a nice walk, but also not crowded. There are also tram stations very close to the hotel if you're in a hurry.

There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom during our entire stay and the wifi was very slow.
