Reasonably priced and in decent shape. Cute balcony for our room and the breakfast was affordable and nicely equipped. 

The bed mattresses were not that great, we didn’t like the pillows, and it was only one per person.  a little skimpy on the bathroom towels but I guess we could’ve asked for more. The air conditioner was not great in our room but my sister’s room she said it was fine. If we had complained, they would’ve moved as I am sure. The walk from the main lobby to the stairs, and Elevator seemed a little dismal, could do with some tables and chairs and better lighting.

The hotel is a nice hotel and has what you need: hot showers, comfortable beds and a great location - walking in distance from pretty much everything, around bars and nice restaurants in a more peaceful area of the town.

It's Amsterdam, so yes, it's going to be expensive or more expensive than you would usually pay for a hotel of this type. We had a situation with a non-stop beeping right in front of our room which was handled quite quickly but depending on the bedroom, it can be a noisy place!

The room was spacious, by European standards and was comfortable. The location was great. Easy access to the trams and very walkable. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars nearby (Kazik Cafe is a gem!), and Vondelpark is just lovely to walk in. The shower pressure was good and the hot water was hot.

The noise within the hotel was a bit loud. Housekeeping seemed to keep a cart parked near our room so there was a lot of door opening/slamming shut and people talking.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was very good because the public transport nearby made it very easy to get anywhere within 20-30 minutes. It's also a 10 minutes walk to and from Vondelkpark. The room for 4 people was spacious, even with an extra bed it was still comfortable to go around.

When we got to the hotel they had forgotten to add our extra bed, so we waited in the lobby an extra whole hour. Check-in is already later than other hotels (being at 3pm) so we didn't check in until 4pm. The reception staff were very nice and attentive though and constantly apologizing. Also check-out at 10 am is kind of early. The shower is also kind of annoying because the glass isn't wide enough so whenever someone showers the whole bathroom gets filled with water.

The room was nicely designed, well situated, quiet and very friendly. There were problems with heating and hot water at a certain point in our stay, but i felt that ultimately the hotel dealt with the problems well and also compensated us and apologized to us and this is worth alot.

The heating did not work well and we did not have hot water for a day and night due to a unforeseen problem which they tried to fix. however, the desk people tried to help and i contacted management who did their best to accommodate. the next day they replaced our room, apologized for the inconvenience in a very sincere manner, and also refunded us for one night. And so i feel that even though there were some problems, the hotel dealt with them very well to the best of my satisfaction and i will definitely recommend them.

Hotel is easily accessible by train and tram. Check in was easy as we got there early so left our bags with the concierge. We requested 2 4 bedded rooms near each other and that was what we got. Good location for getting into the town centre by Tram or close enough to walk (Around 30 mins)

There was nothing we didn't like, the choice of tea and coffee were not what i like, but i took tea bags any how. Other than that this was as expected

This hotel is a short walk to the tram and close to high scoring restaurants and great bike rentals as well. The breakfast was extra but was also rather good. Having parking underneath at a reasonable daily fare made it very easy to drive in , park, and get to our room in a snap. The hotel needs to update some elements of the room BUT overall it was a good stay.

The headboards have scuffs from all the previous users. Definitely needs some minor changes on that.

Service was excellent. Reception Staff were so helpful with whatever we needed. Helped us book train tickets etc.. I accidentally booked an extra night which was non-refundable on booking.com but they refunded the extra night. And gave me a discount for smelly bathroom too.

Bathroom was a bit smelly. Probably drain problem. Reception staff gave us air freshener & kept coming to check, offered us to change rooms.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Amsterdam. It is possible to walk to all the sights from the hotel. The rooms are quite clean, bright and our room had a balcony with a good view which was very comfortable and convenient for us. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with any issue. I sincerely recommend the hotel to spend unforgettable days in Amsterdam

Everything was great!

The main highlight of the stay was that the location of the hotel had a lot of hidden gems in terms of bars and restaurants!! Rooms were compact, but extremely comfortable and very clean (ignore what other reviews have said or at least take it with a massive pinch of salt)

The hotel felt like it was missing amenities like a bar and maybe could have done with a chair in the room!! But like I said the amazing restaurants and bars within the area more than make up for it
