Our second stay at this hotel and I have no complaints! It’s in a great location, a few minutes walk to vondlepark and not too far from the centre, just be prepared to do some walking. Room was perfect, comfy and clean. The lady at reception was lovely. I didn’t catch her name but she reccomend some places to eat and things to do whilst we were here. It’s our 4th time to Amsterdam but will always take food reccomendations! Coffee machine in the room and complimentary hot drinks in reception. Great hotel and would stay here again!

The hotel was in an excellent location, about a 20 minute walk to both the centre of the city and the nearest Metro station. It's right next to Vondel Park and there were a number of nice bars and restaurants on the same road as the hotel. The staff were friendly and it was easy to check in and out. The twin rooms were clean, a good size and all came with en suites.

The rooms were very hot at night and the fan/ventilation did little to cool down the rooms and there was no way of opening the windows at all. The payment system they have in place is also less than ideal. The full amount of the booking will be held temporarily on the card you use to book, both when you confirm the booking and again when you arrive. I was told it would be released upon check out, but I checked out five days ago and they're still holding the full payment on my card. A better system would be to take a small deposit like most hotels do.

Very comfortable beds, lovely big family room and very clean! Shower good and very clean. Great location 👌

We chose to include breakfast however instead of expecting this to be served at a table, we had to collect a pre packed continental breakfast paper bag from reception which was ready at 7am for collection. The products were not our choice and if you didn’t collect it when it was ready at 7am, you had to eat cold omelette (which was served in a plastic container). They also couldnt cater for my husband's medical dietary requirements so he couldn't eat anything so money wasted. This was disappointing

Location mainly, but the desk staff were excellent. On the Saturday, we needed medical advice and a taxi to hospital and whilst they had not done this before, we were given excellent advice by the member of staff.

Breakfast was overdone. The breakfast room wasn't open and the hotel compensated by giving us far too much stuff. In trying to do the right thing much waste was created.

Location perfect for us in the area we know well, the Leidesplein. Staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Room was better than expected with a lovely bathroom and fantastic shower. Bed was really comfy. Price we paid compared to other properties in Amsterdam was low and great value for money

good location, wonderful receptionist, coffee available at reception, bag storage after check out, small heater in the wardrobe, built in chrome cast, friendly cleaning staff, location has everything you need and it’s just around the corner from a health centre with free testing for travel.

room is outdated and very basic, gorgeous old Dutch window and large ceiling but this causes the room to be quite cold, although there was a heater in the wardrobe the room is so spacious (a plus) that it’s harder to heat. still great value for money and lots of other positives

Location was great. The front desk was very accommodating, 24 hour service, and very helpful. Rooms were pristine clean.

Nothing that the hotel could have prevented (it wasn't their fault), but people smoking directly outside, and the smell permeated the room.
