I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were incredible – so polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the place, especially my well-organized room, was top-notch. The breakfast was amazing, offering a great start to the day. Plus, the location was convenient, and the hotel's parking option, while not free, was much appreciated, especially considering the high parking costs in Amsterdam.

I appreciated the parking facility, but the ticket system was a bit of a hassle. Since I paid for parking for the entire stay, it would have been much more convenient to have just one ticket for the whole duration instead of getting new ones each time we left. Also, my room lacked a mini-fridge, which would have been handy. And about the dinner menu, it felt a bit limited in options. Other than that, everything was good!

The room and the breakfast were amazingly good! We needed a hotel near Ziggo Dome and the location of this hotel was perfect for that. So easy to get here from the airport. The value was superb and we will definitely be back next time, even though we would spend most of the time in the city center, as it only took like max half an hour total from the hotel door to the center.

The area is just a little ugly because of the construction works around nearby builtings but there was absolutely no noise cause of that!

Everything was very good. We were quite satisfied with the hotel. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the main metro lines. There were also dining places nearby. We had originally booked for one night, but we extended our stay for 4 more days because we liked the room. The price is above average, but it definitely matches the quality. The breakfast was also quite good.

Only, there was fruit-infused water prepared next to the reception; I couldn't drink it except once, as it would run out quickly and wasn't often replenished.

the room were decent sized. my room was upgraded to executive from premium. the staff were super helpful. example, Bas helped with bottle water very late night (midnight) my wife went to Holiday inn restaurant and Clarita proactively arranged quick snack tor out 1 - year old hungry baby while my wife was waiting for order. She made sure baby doesn’t have to wait - Additionally, it is well connected to airport(just 2 stops) through intercity and 20 minutes metro to Amsterdam central.

- there is nothing not report against , honestly . But we have a minor suggestion. We have stayed in other locations of holiday inn/holiday inn express. a small dustbin in bathroom is helpful, especially if you are accompanied by a small kid

Location is close to train station, IMAX and restaurant . Also they have 24/7 supermarket in the building

Room phone was out of service while there was only 1 tea bag left in the mini bar when we were checking in. No one picked up the phone on room service number provided when we called from our cell phone. The next day only added 2 tea bags. While on other hotel we found various option of tea provided as standard service. The staffs at the receptionist provided drink vouchers at check out. We also managed left our luggages for couple hours at concierge as our plane still late in the afternoon

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk from the metro line, which brings you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. It's also easy to travel to other cities from there. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is great. No complaints.

Windows in the rooms do not open, though it's rather a phsycological problem as the ventilation system is performing well.

It's a great hotel that I am returning to for the second time. It's near the train station and a big shopping mall so you get everything that you need. From this point, you can reach everywhere you need in Amsterdam and all the places around. Arena and AFAS are just in front of your nose if you come to Amsterdam for a concert.

If you are in a hotel for more than 3 days you would expect more from breakfast. The offer is good but became boring after a few days cause it's all the time the same.

We really like staff at the hotel, ladies at the reception were really helpful and staff in the restaurant was just the best . Generally really nice spot close to everywhere . Easy access to shopping, food or station. 20 min to central Amsterdam by train or bike you can hire in the hotel.the room we had had best bathroom with both shower and Bath

The coffee, sugar and the glasses in the room service were not provided on daily basis. There could be bigger wardrobe or some clothes shelfs as we kept our clothes in the bags

nice building in a tower close to Cruyff Arena, the room is very large. when we arrived it was clean but in the following days they only tiidy up the beds. one of the sheets had several holes. about 10 minutes walking to the nearest underground stop, ehich runs every 15 minutes. bus number 300 leads to the airport with less than 5€: very usefull

The location, great if going to Amsterdam for an event at the Ziggo Dome, 8 minutes walk. And let me tell you: in winter conditions not having ti wait for a taxi outside of the arena bu walk to the hotel, priceless!

I chose a Deluxe room with a view to the Stadium, and the first night they put me in a room looking out a construction area with workers drilling! No, no, this is not what I paid for. They changed me to another room, but no view to the stadium, so I paid for something I didn’t get
