It was like expected. The room was fine, the distance from the metro is short. I can only recommend it!

The accomodation should be with included breakfast and parking. Even if the parking is additionally charged, it should be lower I think.

New building, very clean, not crowded, good staff, good view.

The surrounding area needs more attention. The parking lot was not clean. There were random people on the property. On the last day, someone knocked the door and asked if we were going to check out which was weird. The parking was a bit expensive.

Proximity to the metro station, though finding it was a bit difficult as there is no signage facing the main road.

No eating outlets or grocery shops in the nearby vicinity. Had to travel to Bijmer ArenA to get some decent food and eating options

Everything from the friendly, accommodating, approachable, helpful staff to the atmosphere of the place. The room was clean, large and quiet. I did ask for a top floor. The breakfast was good value for money, a lot of options, nice food and seating area nice. We also loved the shower and bathroom. If we come back to Amsterdam we would definitely stay here again. For me, the room made my stay as it was so cosy, because of my poor mobility I spent more time in the room than my son. Also the black out curtains were a godsend. Thank you 😊 to all of the staff, especially Francine. I do hope we get to visit again.

The situation was excellent, walking distance to the arena stadium, 3 minutes walking to metro station, with direct connection to city center (15 minutes)

They did not clean up the room the 2nd day during our stay ( 3 nights)

Breakfasts - very varied. After holidays spent in Italy, England or France, breakfasts at the Levell hotel were definitely the best for us. Good coffee, good cheeses and cold cuts. The metro station is quite close. The location of the hotel allowed us to get to both the airport and the city center very quickly - a few metro stops and everything we wanted to visit was available in 30 minutes. I choć hotel nie jest położony w ścisłym centrum miasta, myślę, że ta lokalizacja ma swoje zalety. Jest cicho i spokojnie. The hotel staff were very nice. There was no problem leaving our luggage before check-in, which allowed us to explore Amsterdam without luggage from the morning, even though our reservation started in the afternoon. The free taxi from the airport was a great convenience for us - we are especially grateful for that.

Overall, the hotel is at a high level. What can be improved in my opinion: Shower - poorly secured, water spills onto the bathroom floor. Water also flows out when you open the door - the entire bathroom gets wet. You have to activate the cleaning button, without it the staff will not even change towels, refill cups or tea. It may not be a big problem, but you have to remember it. Lighting - there is only one lighting zone, which turns on the lamps in the hallway and the main part. My night light turned off by itself after a few minutes, probably overheated.

Even though it is far from the city, it is easy to reach by metro in about 30 minutes. very close to the metro station. After one stop, there is an area with shopping centers called Bijmer Arena. There are many options to make any kind of shopping you want! The area where the hotel is located is quiet and safe. The employees were very helpful and friendly. cleaning was very good. The check-in and out procedure is very easy and it is possible to complete it with an automatic system without waiting for the attendant. The room and bathroom were very spacious and met our expectations. It was very good to have coffee and tea in the room and a refrigerator. Clothing wardrobes are very sufficient. The bed was very comfortable and wide. The design of the room was generally very nice.

The seating area placed in the garden for smoking was right below the room. Unfortunately, smoke was pouring in when the windows were open. The common social area was a bit inadequate compared to the size of the hotel. It is located on the ground floor, which does not receive much light. There is no grocery store where you can do any small shopping in the area where the hotel is located. When you arrive by car and call a taxi, it is difficult to find the entrance to the car park where the hotel entrance is located, as there is more than one entrance.

Very clean room, very nice bathroom. Staff was very polite, we were able to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. A bit far from the city center, but metro station is just around the corner and takes you in 15-20 min to the city center. Johann Cruyf arena and conection to train od one station away. Also, if you need some supplies, the big market is there. There is a fridge and coffe maschine in a room. In short, we would come again - good value for money, highly recommended!

Very nice and spacious room, the hotel is very close to a metro station that leads directly to the city center, great connections to major train stations and very easy to get to/from the airport, in general it is very nicely connected to the rest of the city. Staff is very good and it is easy to check in and out. Would recommend

Pretty easy to find but I didn't notice any signs showing the way to the hotel, so we used google maps. Far from the city center which is not a major issue because the metro is close by and has a direct line to the center. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because it is a bit expensive for our taste, but Amsterdam is an expensive city

Room was very big and clean. Room nice and warm. Bed was comfortable to lay on. Bathroom very lovely and clean. Breakfast very good. Easy to travel from hotel into Amsterdam city centre by taking the train.

Pillows were too small for bed, additionally the image for the room has two pillows on each side of bed, ours had one on each side, it is only a minor difference but one that definitely makes a difference when sleeping and having neck comfortable. Overall, very good and comfortable bed to sleep in.
