Pleasant and very helpful staff, clean and modern room with everything you need for a short stay.

Overall a very good stay and nothing to complain about. I struggled a bit with increasing the temperature in the room but I’m sure that was rather lack of technical skills from my end than the system being faulty.

The room was was just perfect, very clean, modern and fancy. I liked the technological solutions used in the room, such as temperature and light remote control from the pad near the bed. Floor heating in the bathroom! The breakfast was fantastic, a lot of choice and good quality of food. Good coffee! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well, auto lights in the bathroom could just turn off after a few minutes. Maybe the movement sensors were not that good? Also didn't like that the control pad was not possible to turn off at night, and even under the night mode the screen was pretty bright. Had to turn it to the wall.

I loved everything in this hotel. Very modern, clean and very friendly staff. The entrance smell is amazing. And lovely rooms. There is tv in bathroom i felt over the moon in this hotel. Metro station really close and always passing that can take you to the city center very easily. Dont think twice. Just book in this amazing hotel.

Everything was amazing. The room was fantastic, the location was great, only 5 minutes walk to the station. Everything was spotless and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was amazing!! we were there during Christmas and the decoration and atmosphere of the hotel were breathtaking. We would definitely recommend the hotel to a friend for the next time. The tablet in the room was also a great addition. Also the welcome water and just sitting at the reception were a great addition to our trip!

The room temperature, the temperature in the room was auto-set and it was way too cold! we tried to contact Recipeiton but the maximum temperature was 23 while the weather in Amsterdam was -4 for most of our stay! In regards to location - true it was very near the metro, but as 2 female in our 20s staying a the hotel, the 6-7 minute walk from the metro to the hotel were sometimes scary at night (we actually had to run one night as it felt safer too)

This hotel is very clean and looks new. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is big enough for two people and there is also a tv in front of the toilet, which is funny! There is a tablet beside the bed that you can use to control the main functions of the room (opening/closing the curtains, turning on the lights or the tv, etc). Staff is also nice and friendly. The location is literally 5 minutes walking from the Overamstel metro station, so you can reach Amsterdam Central in 15 minutes.

You can buy a bottle of water at the reception, but 500ml costs almost 4€, more expensive than buying it at the airport and really too much.

I really liked the service attitude of all the personnel. The breakfast variety was nice. The room and its functionalities as well as the spaciousness was really nice and the view was quite nice as well. The beds were comfy, too, so we slept well.

Were not able to find from the control panel how to switch off the lights in the bathroom. The breakfast room got crowded in the morning around 9, and the setup where we picked up the food was not "flowy", so it got very jammed. Also, the location was a bit far from the city center, however, the metro runs from pretty close by, so this was not an issue for us.

Uncomfortable bed.

Nice quiet room, despite being near the train line. Everything worked well, we could even control the heating in the room with the “smart” controller. Bed was comfortable. Small kettle and sachets of coffee and tea. Secure car parking in basement for an extra charge. Small grocery store about 500m away, otherwise very little in the neighbourhood. Close to metro which was handy.

We thought it was quite pricey, but it seems Amsterdam is more expensive than other European cities and we actually had much better facilities than friends who stayed in a different hotel for almost the same price.

the location was good! the metro station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel which is totally fine. the room was clean and spacious and the price was very good compared to other hotels in Amsterdam. we had coffee and tea in the room which was so good after a long day or in the morning.

what we booked on booking was a double room with twin beds , the guy on the reception recommended that we upgrade for a king bed because the beds get separated if we put them together because of the wheels, which is a big No. anyway, we upgraded but the king bed also had wheels and it moves from time to time which is annoying a bit
