The breakfast was awesome, it was very delicious and the rooms were clean and big enough for 2 :)

Our a/c did not work but otherwise everything was fine

We absolutely LOVED staying in Liza Marleen!! Where would one stay in a botel, if not in Amsterdam?! The room and bathroom were small, but perfectly clean and cozy (plus a hair dryer). The community room (where breakfast is served, for example) is super nice and warm and cozy as well. Our host Sara was easy going, super helpful and let us leave our suitcases during our last day, even though it meant that she had to come back to open the doors just for us! Breakfast was great, a tasty variety that we loved! For us: a 10/10 experience! We would definitely come back anytime! Just note: if you're a very tall person (maybe 1,85 m or taller), the beds might be too short for you. For us, they were great, though! The location is super close to the city center (but not in the (admittedly) crazy center), so at night, it was peaceful and quiet. We were a mother-daughter-duo (40 and 20 yrs).

Very friendly and helpful staff, Lucy really exceeded my expectation in hospitality and was a very lovely person to talk to. The breakfast was generous and nice, the room was clean, free coffee and tea and a friendly environment in general where you could talk to other people and socialise.

Obviously being a Botel, the room was small (I'd say kind of cabin size) so I felt a bit claustrophobic on the first night but got used to it and was okay on the second and the third night. It's just there's not enough room to manoeuvre which one should be mindful before booking a room on a Botel. Having said that I'd still book it as it was worth the experience.

Very good location, the Botel is just a stones throw away to the center of the city, reachable on foot. Nicely decorated, marine motives everywhere. Bed was small, but comfortable. Breakfast options were basic, but good, fresh fruit and juices everyday, good coffee. Nice lounge in the main area. Very calm surroundings.

The rooms could feel a little "tight" for some guests. I myself (1.8m and 110kg) was pretty uncomfortable going to the bathroom or toilet, the space is very small.

Really nice and cozy environment. Not big rooms, but it was expected as it's on a boat. Nice sitting area were we could sit in the evening and relax, free coffee/the/water. Alex, our host was nice and always around. You had all you needed in the small rooms including fine toilet and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was good.

The beds are a bit small and a bit too hard. It would have been nice to have the possibility to open a window to let some fresh air in, but the again, as it's on a boat, that often isn't a possibility.

The property was cosy the host was amazing and made our break even better it was what you would expect for the price but we couldn’t of been happier with the service we received clean and comfortable and welcoming

Comfortable bed a little small in the rooms but everything needed the boat was a little tired but all in all the host made up for that in need of a few improvements

I loved the stay on the boat! The host, Guillermo, was so welcoming and accommodating. He made sure I had everything I needed. I loved that you could get small snacks, water, coffee and tea whenever you wanted and thought that was a great touch. The value for money was the best you can find in Amsterdam - private room and bathroom for a great price. The location was also very central. I would highly recommend this place.

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the towels were very small but it was ok.

I met Inma on my arrival and was instantly greeted with warmth and happiness. It was so nice after being away from home for so long and also traveling solo. I was shown to my room and given a run down on the town. The botel was clean, quiet and a bit quirky - I had never stayed on a boat like this, only warships previously so it was very refreshing and comfortable experience! The breakfast spread was incredible, fresh breads and a selection of meats, cheeses, eggs and fruits each morning which set me up well for each day. The location is also very handy and both central and enough away from the main city. I really enjoyed my visit and I hope to join you again in the future for a cycle tour! Also, shoutout to Jen who was the chef/boss lady on the botel next door, loved her friendliness and had a great sense of humour. Thanks very much again!! :)

It’s hard to find any faults to comment on.

The host was super nice, kind, and helpful! Absolutely amazing! The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes walk from the central station and the city centre. The breakfast is delicious and is a bit different every day. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and cozy. I've been to Amsterdam 6 times and this has been by far my best stay. Thank you, bedankt, and gracias!

I like the hospitality of the host and we had great chat. The room was really clean. Bed was comfy and the heater and shower works fine.

The room was slightly smaller than expected. I would have wished I had gotten the room opposite the platform so I could have my window open.
