Incredible location. Hotel was amazing, up to date facilities, with a modern look, as well as comfy bed.

Felt ripped off when paying extra for the iconic view which was a tiny little window looking at the train station. Noise level was really loud at night, but to be expected when in a central location. On the 3rd day when our room was cleaned, the rubbish bag was left in our room, mugs weren’t cleaned or replaced, just turned upside down to look as if they had been cleaned and some of the dirty towels were left too.

Very well situated- great location and very high tech rooms. Everything is computerized including opening and closing the drapes. Modern clean bathrooms, and very helpful staff at Concierge desk. Directly across from central station as well as all the canal cruises.

Make sure your taxi driver has permission to drop you off directly in front of hotel. It’s restricted to bikes and only certain taxis. We had to walk a few blocks as our Driver wouldn’t drive right up front.

We left the room and we forgot our safe box open. when we checked, there was some amount of cash missing, we reported it to the management of the hotel, they checked the person cleaned our room without any results. The fact that someone took the money is sure, because we had 2 bundles with paper clip of 20 notes of 50 euro each and 20 notes of 50 euro without paper clip. 4 notes were missing from the bundle without paper clip and 1 note was missing from one of the bundles with paper clip. we didn't report this incident to the police because the next morning we were flying out of Amsterdam and we didn't had the time for the reports and everything else needed.

the best best part about this hotel is location , also its neat and new renovated , room size is better then any other nearby hotels. I can stay again for the location location location top top.

room service is not good you need to scan QR code and it doesn't work if u call them they would insist on QR code and won't take orders , cleaning is not good they left old towels and didn't Clean the dustbins . and never refill the coffee. they insisted 1.30 afternoon to change our room to another floor by 2pm and said there is some Mantainence in 2 days we had 2 rooms our kids were sleeping but they insisted now after too much talks 3pm. then they said 4pm . I think that was not fair to us.

Everyone at the hotel was incredibly helpful and kind. The location was amazing - directly across from the central train station - and it couldn’t have been easier to access trams and the metro. The lounge and restaurant were excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and taxis couldn’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel due to it being surrounded by a pedestrian zone and construction. That made juggling baggage coming from the airport difficult. For the return taxi ride to the airport, the concierge called their taxi service and the driver was able to park directly in front and assist with baggage. If you’ll need assistance with baggage, it may be worth asking the hotel to send a taxi to meet you at the airport.

We were looked after extremely well on our stay as it was part of my Partners 70th Birthday celebrations. David and Jon (The concierge's) took care of every detail for us and also obtained attraction tickets on our behalf. The Hotel is in a great location for ship disembarkation after our Rhine cruise and we walked to it in about 5 minutes. Also you are in the edge of the city by the Railway station so everything is easy to get to. We had breakfast which was plentiful and with an excellent choice and a fabulous room overlooking the river outside. Whole experience couldn't be faulted!

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast is tasty and served in a cosy area. We visited the very well maintained spa (swimming pool and sauna) each day, seldom there were other people so we had it all for the 2 of us (but I can imagine it's sometimes more busy). Even after checking out at noon, we could still use the spa.

The bed mattress is a bit too hard to my taste. The bathroom still lacks a toilet brush. A bit more variety could be brought into the hot meals of the breakfast. Currently exactly the same things are offered each day. The last round in the bar is already at 11:30pm, it could maybe stay open a bit later (e.g. for one more hour). Pizza leftovers of another room were standing in the hallway for several hours - probably the guests' fault, but a hotel or cleaning crew staff member must certainly have noticed it earlier on (we saw them in the same hallway) but just left it there. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean everywhere.

the room had a nice view although smaller than what i expected. The hotel is nicely renovated on the inside. fast elevators and decent amenities. Friendly staff- apart from 1 person. AMAZING location!

Our room was not cleaned adequately- cups and mugs left by cleaner and not replaced. this is not an accessible hotel. the entrance is revolving door and then you have stairs to make it to reception. no ramp and no help usually from hotel staff to get up with a child buggy. Our bags were not taken to our room- nobody offered. we had 3 suitcases and a child in a buggy. out first morning the guy who sat us down for breakfast was incredibly rude when he was nice and helpful with other guests around us who seemed to speak his native language. seemed he was annoyed by the presence of a child in general. we saw him again our last morning and again he was dismissive and just blatantly ignored.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The hotel's location, right at the city centre, was incredibly convenient for exploring and enjoying the surroundings. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were impressively clean, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our stay. We were pleased to find that the staff made up our room daily, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and tidiness throughout our visit. I highly appreciate the efforts of the staff and the overall quality of service provided. It was a delightful stay, and we are already looking forward to returning next summer. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful experience in the heart of the city.

Great location and bar. There only restaurant is closed one night of the week, thought that was strange, and on checkin we were not informed about the facilities and did not realise they had a pool. Apart from that, excellent hotel in the perfect location and staff are helpful and friendly. The only reason I rated the staff 4 is due to lack of introduction to the hotel facilities which influenced our stay.

We had some challenges with the check-in process, which resulted in us missing out on utilising all the facilities. For instance, we were not informed that the restaurant closed one night a week, coincidentally the night we planned to dine there. Additionally, we were unaware of the availability of the pool, which we would have loved to use. As a result, we felt disappointed as we had paid for a luxury hotel experience but couldn't fully enjoy all the amenities it had to offer
