Staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Rooms were very fresh and modern plus very clean. We only stayed for 2 days however on the second day we received fresh towels. Location was in a great place, with many attractions only a short walk away. We used Uber for a lot of our travelling, which picked us up directly outside the hotel. The stairs are very steep however we are a young couple and found these to be a good laugh on our holiday. Especially after a few drinks etc.. :)

The only downside to our stay was that on the first night the Fire Alarm went off at 10 past 1 in the morning, waking us up. My partner went downstairs and the Dutch police were already on scene. Thankfully the fire alarm stopped after around 10 minutes. One staff member did apologise to us about this and explained the reason behind this (It was not the hotel's fault!)

Room was great. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Nice breeze with the windows open as it was on the top floor. Very central location, we walked everywhere.

It was very hot the week we were there and there is no AC, but I think this is standard for Amsterdam. We asked for a fan, but one wasn’t provided, they were likely in high demand during our stay due to temperature. We were lucky to be on the top floor and had a nice breeze with the windows open at night. The stairs were also incredibly steep to get up to the room, again, I don’t think this is uncommon for Amsterdam, but a heads up would have been nice.

Professional staff, we arrived late in night and Florian called us before arriving to the hotel to explain us how to get in. Room is big and clean. Shower is brilliant. is more of a private hotel, so you don’t have to interact all the time with reception or to wait in the Queues we loved it

stairs are too small and if you been out drinking all night it will be a challenge to get to your room

Cosy and lovely hotel located at the heart of Amsterdam. The staff is friendly, specially the receptionist. Good breakfast, modern and clean room.

Not that I didn’t like, but I would call attention to the stairs as they are narrow (that’s the local style anyway). Just be careful when going up and down.

2 single beds as requested Perfect spot for a short stay it's 3 stops on the tram to central station and a coffeshop is right below the hotel, walking distance to mcdonalds. I was surprised how nice the hotel was

The fact they asked for 100 deposit when I was checking in but I got it back the next day when I checked out

The luxury room was spacious with a great shower and comfortable bed. Housekeeping is very generous with towels which I appreciate! The room was equipped with an electric kettle with coffee and tea. The location is wonderful too.

The bathroom could’ve used a shelf and some hooks for towels, but wasn’t a huge deal.

Location just amazing You are staying in the hart of Amsterdam The room is huge bigger then standard and very cozy. All equipment was provided I could give this hotel 4 stars not 2 like mentioned And of course stuff was very friendly and helpfull

Our flight was very delayed and the hotel were so accommodating! They left the key card for the room in a safe place for us to collect. They ordered us a taxi to get back to the airport. Everything was excellent

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly and personable.

Street side room so it was noisy until late at night, but the windows were good enough to drown most of it out making it sound like white noise. The stairs were obviously steep.

The receptionists were very kind, the room was pretty nice and in general we found the place in a very good position nearby everything cool in the city center

The shower and the bathroom were in the same place without anything to separate them, the bed wasn’t comfortable and a bit noisy and even if we asked for a double there were 2 little beds linked to each other
