Beautiful old building nicely upgraded to a modern standard. Beds extremely comfortable with massive walk in shower. We even had a small terrace which was lovely to relax in. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the station, in a beautiful area of Maastricht. Staff were so friendly , even filing my water bottle with ice and water.

The toilet was in a separate room with no wash hand basin! There were no usb charging points and we had great difficulty getting our plug adapters to fit in the plug sockets Also nowhere in the shower to sit the shower gel and shampoo except on the floor which if you are elderly is not ideal, plus no hooks to hang the dressing gowns in the shower area.

Lovely hotel situated 5 minutes flat walk from the railway station. Room spacious, with a lovely big bed & huge walk in shower. Staff very friendly but professional. We used the Founders Bar which was lovely but didn't use the restaurant. Hotel was situated about 10 minutes walk from Vrithof Square which was where we saw Andre Rieu in concert (an experience we will never forget). Hotel perfect for such a momentous occasion. Maastricht is a beautiful city & we enjoyed our trip immensely.

Location was brilliant and our room was very luxurious with a little balcony and interesting view over the street; great if you like people watching! The little pack of chocolate violins and Andre Rieu photo on the bed, on arrival were a lovely touch and the vast selection of contents in the mini fridge were complimentary which was a bonus. Staff were very approachable and friendly. I'd be back in a heartbeat.

The breakfast choices could have been a little more varied, although the scrambled egg I ordered was probably one of the best I've tasted!

Perfect location for what we needed. We went to see Andre Reiu and it was walking distance from the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was adaquate had everything you needed, we will be back. If you ever get the chance to go to this beautiful city this hotel is the place to stay. We have an ev car and were able to charge it free of charge which is amazing. The staff couldn't do enough for us.

The room and bathroom are really nice and clean, loved the huge bed. I would come back.

The bathroom was great, the only issue was with the water. The first day was cold (not freezing but definitly not hot) we asked with the receptionist and they said whey would fix it. The next day sometimes was hot and sometimes was cold. Shame because we didn't get to enjoy the bathtub.

THe location was great for our needs, and the hotel was comfortable and modern. The room we had was good, the bed was comfortable and generally quiet which was what we needed.

More water could have been left in the room along with shower gel...... for 2 people it should be min of 2 bottles each....

We enjoyed our stay and we will come back to it. The staff are exceptionally helpful. The service is first class and the room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel close to the train station and the city centre is another bonus.

Hotel is very good. Location is fabulas and personel was also extraordinary and polite. Breakfast (a la cart) was also fabulas. Hotels with such quality meals, as the breakfest I had, are quite rare. I didnt eat lounch and dinner at the hotel because I had that at my friends house. Because of the lockdown, hotel orginized meals to the room which was nice and handy. I plan to go back to Maastricht in a few months and surely I will stay in this hotel.

Maybe they can orginize and leave some digital or written informations about Maastrichts great places and interesting sites. I have never asked for something like this but Maastricht was such a lovely place and interesting town that I feel all hotels should support that into most modern ways like AR or something like that.

The location was perfect. The room nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was not included in our rate and if you want to eat breakfast or any other meal at Harry’s, be sure to book. They had a problem with our laundry, but that was sorted out free of charge.

The only complaint I have is that the pillows on the bed were horrible. Huge comfortable bed with very small uncomfortable pillows.

Fantastic hotel for visiting Maastricht. It is close to many amenities and walkable to and from the train station. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We had a spacious new room with a large bathroom. The bar was a favourite evening hangout for my family. Would highly recommend.
