I loved the soup and little tea cakes that were complimentary. It was also close to the train station. You can store your baggage before and after check out if needed. Clean overall

The sheets had a strong synthetic perfume smell to them. It make my throat hurt and head hurt. and I had to take a shower every morning to get the smell off my skin. They said they are hyperallergenic...but that doesn't mean unscented weirdly, and I'm allergic to synthetic smells. Also the beds killed my back. So stiff. Also the lobby they had a strong smell. Not sure if it was from scented reeds or candles. It was overpowering for me. The bottom of the shower did have some mold that needed to be handled I wish we got two key cards. I had to shut the lights off on him every time I needed to go to the front for something.

The room was spacious and comfortable. What would have topped it all would have been a balcony or bay window. We had booked the hotel room before we moved to the apartment and found the hotel room much more perfect as the "living room" was just downstairs and it was the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the environment and warm soup whenever we wanted to, as well as being able to bring up a cup of coffee to enjoy in the room. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, giving us tips of local restaurants to go to and attending to all our requests promptly.

They gave 3 of us only 1 set of keys to open the main door and the room door. This made it a little inconvenient when each family member went back to the room separately as the one in the room would have to come downstairs to open the main door. Perhaps they should provide a digital lock with a code to the main door.

Great location, simple check in, nice staff. Communal area welcome and complimentary refreshments a really nice touch. The hand shower was fabulously powerful! Parking facilities a bonus, fee was ok and very convenient.

The room was described as overlooking a court yard. In reality it was facing a brick wall and the windows of other rooms, so very dark and a lack of privacy when curtains were open which meant curtains closed a lot of the time - lack of natural light not great. Couldn’t spot court yard from our floor and only a car park to one side so description felt misleading.

The location is excellent. It's located in a great area close to the Central Station. And even though it's close to the tracks and we could see the trains from the window, we didn't hear them. Also, there's a great chill area with comfy seats in the 'lobby'. The beds and bedding were really good. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. The toilet wasn't spotless and there were some dustbunnies flying around. But those were the only negative things I can think of.

It was a warm, cosy hotel. The living room concept was just wonderful, with all-day coffee and tea, fruits and warm soup available. A perfect place to return to after a day out sightseeing or exploring the city centre, with a supermarket just around the corner and the train and bus central station just at its doorstep. The staff were excellent and super - friendly, giving us helpful tips on the best local restaurants to go to and attending to all our requests very promptly.

What's not to like? Everything was great!

The staff was great, a special note for Marica at the reception who was very nice, friendly and super helpful! The hotel is very cute, loved the common area, with a cozy vibe, where you can enjoy free coffee and teas all day, and the traditional night cup. Also worth to taste the amazing traditional sweet pie (this is not free but worth to try).

Probably the price of the breakfast, bit overpriced in our opinion. But we come from London so we are used to it :)

Nice hotel, well situated with good restaurants nearby and easy walking distance to the centre. Comfy rooms.

Overall Id say too expensive - but that seems to be the norm in Maastricht. The bike parking is in the car garage with limited options to secure your bike to anything (As we were travelling by bike, I initially called to confirm that they had proper bike storage before booking and potentially I misunderstood what they had to offer, as I was expecting more than what was actually available). But in the end it worked.

We really liked the Breakfast and sitting area, felt really like home! Location was very accessible to everywhere.

Actually we prefer staying at your place, last time we stayed the room was much more comfortable and spacious. This time I was travelling with my wife and the room that was given to us was much smaller. Also the central unit had an issue the first night but next day was working just fine. People working there are so helpull with everything that any problems arised will be solved immediately.

I liked the location and the size of the room. The size and quality of the bathroom it was very fancy.

The shower glass didn't block all the water from the skylight shower and so every time the floor would be soaked from the water. Another issue was the cleaning staff did not sweep or hoover under the bed and under the tables.

The townhouse hotel was a really good catch! The room was good, spacious (an X-large room) and comfortable. But the best is the very friendly and approachable staff and the spacious and very cozy living room that all hotel guests can use. It is really ideal for people staying alone in the hotel and would just like to hang out and read or work while having some people around without the pressure to buy sth etc as you would have in a café. I will definitely come back if travel again to Maastricht.
