We like this hotel and have stayed several times before. We always find the staff very friendly and helpful. We always have an executive room which is quiet and has lots of space. The location by the river, 5 minutes walk to either of the bridges to town and close to lots of restaurants is quite excellent. The buffet breakfast is good but not as good as it was in 2022. The carpark is quite excellent, clean, well lit, secure and with direct access into the hotel.

The room is getting a bit tired and would benefit from refurbishment and replacing the bath with a walk in shower. Who wants a bath these days? Breakfast not quite as good in 2022 and a lift from the carpark into the hotel would be a real benefit. Heaving heavy suitcases up and down the steep stairs is not easy when you get old.

The hotel is centrally located and near the train station. Several breakfast/lunch/dinner options nearby so we didn't do the breakfast at the hotel, as it was a bit pricey. We stayed for a conference in the hotel and lunch was provided which was very well done. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Wifi works but I didn't use it much.

The hotel felt like a sauna! It was very warm everywhere, my colleagues complained it was so hot in the room at night they hardly slept. We had the window opened during the night so it was doable, but honestly they could turn down the temperature a few degrees especially with the rising gas prices.

The breakfast excellent. Orange juice could be fresh, when stayed before they used to have fresh orange juice, it never tastes right from a machine. Also better toaster could be obtained, too slow.

We thought our room could have better lighting, to be fair the weather was dull at times and rainy, so the room needed more central light.

Location was perfect

The outside bar service was slow and not up to standard. I understand service staff ( post covid ) is a global problem but one waiter ( first day on the job ) did not have a clue what Irish Coffee was so he brought a cup of coffee. No big deal but then said they had no Irish coffee. The bar last call was made moments before I arrived but the bar was full so refused to serve. Not a good way to keep hotel guests happy.

Very clean and spacious hotel. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Very good location for a short walk into the centre of Maastricht. Bedrooms airy and spacious. Restaurant food was excellent. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Large secure car park.

Overall experience was very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Great location.

AC was not working. The weather was hot. They offered a fan.

The room, the location, the views and the staff were all amazing. Special mention to Jason, at the reception who was super accommodating to our requests for the room and made everything super easy for us travelling with a baby.

Nothing, all was fantastic.

Room was great, but there was an electric noise every 2 minutes. We contacted the front desk in the morning and the staff solved it speedy and to our full satisfaction.

WIFI is much too expensive.

Location was excellent 5min walk into the centre.There was a lovely terrace with a river view were you could have a drink or a coffee, The staff were very helpful.

The decor was a little bit dated

I thought the decor of the public area was a little bit dull
