The hotel is easily reachable by public transport from the city centre. Very welcoming and cheerful reception staff. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations and by far was the most varied in choice. Tea/coffee is available in the room. Hotel has an eco smart deal in place - spare the towel change on a stay longer than 1 night and get a free drink at a bar instead. Why not?! ;)

The amenities are tidy and mostly in good state however the hotel is already on an outdated side. Some furnishings are missing parts. Value for money a bit off the reasonable match.

I liked the location of the hotel as it is very near Maastricht Randwyck station and the journey into the centre is only 3 minutes by train. The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The complimentary bathroom toiletries is also a nice welcome. In the hotel foyer there is complimentary fresh fruit and water available to hotel guests which is a very nice touch.

The only thing I don't like is that the hotel does not provide an iron or ironing board in the rooms. Although there is an ironing service I would prefer to iron my own clothes rather than have somebody iron my clothes for me

The gym and Spa were a plus!

After checking out I realized I has forgotten my book in the room. I went back to ask reception to get in touch with housekeeping to recuperate my book before leaving for the airport. Housekeeping said there was nothing left in the room. As I was 100% certain that I had left it on the bed while repacking my handbag I asked my son to return the next day to the hotel to ask them to check again - of course thye had the book. I wish they had really looked for it the first time.

The staff in the reception were really kind and since we were staying for New Year’s Eve we had a welcome drink and dessert waiting for us in our arrival. The room was really spacious and clean and also the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast buffet had everything you dreamed: both salt and sweet options. An overall great stay.

Maybe the fact that it was not close to the centre so transportation was a bit of a hassle but that could also be because of holiday days.

Emilia and Rachel from the reception they made my stay exceptional. Specially I would like to thank Emilia for her welcoming me to the hotel. Furkan and Alex from the hotel restaurant also they were very kind and helpful. Clearly this hotel values their staff. Really convenient to stay if you have a congress nearby. Oh the breakfast was also outstanding!

Although everything is almost great, the hotel needs to have better lift/elevator facilities

I stayed at NH Maastricht on two separate occasions while attending two exams at Maastricht University Medical Center. The location was perfect—close to the medical center and very convenient. The hotel was quiet, which allowed me to focus and relax. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay both times and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast is excellent; from English breakfast to Continental breakfast with fresh fruit, self to bake waffles and a great variety of bread and cereals. Room is standard not very modern but decent for a 4 star hotel with sufficient international TV channels and a spacious bathroom who could do with a more modern touch. Location for our purpose was great next to the MECC centre and the University Hospital. The city centre is on the other side of the river about 15 min walk.

Bathroom is in an old style with tiles that need updating. Final bill added by mistake the City Tax that was included in the booking.com price. But NH-staff reacted immediately and I will be reimbursed.

All in all, a very good stay. The place is nice and clean, the beds are comfortable, the washroom is spacious enough and so is the bathtub/shower. Breakfast was very good, varied and with high-quality ingredients.

I wish the beds had a lighter comforter, it was rather hot for the season, especially considering that there are no sheets per se, just the comforter with its cover. AC did not have a thermostat showing the actual temperature, which makes it harder to find the right setting.

The support staff were very respectful, friendly and caring. Breakfast had lot of variety which was great to start with. Dinner was good as well. Gym was clean and all equipment were available for a decent workout. All together we loved our stay as a family.

We stayed in room 101, it was a harsh windy day and when we partially opened the window for better air circulation it made a wired wind exiting noice at the door!! It was a big disturbance though..For sure hotel management would have changed us for a better room if we had reported it but we were half way through hence lived with it🤷.

Everything except the bar staff They were unfriendly and in rush Didn’t want to speak with us A little lady in around 50th on our arrival on 10th of December we was quite hungry and we just wanted only a coffee because we saw was quite busy and we chose our table but she didn’t want to serve us…not really sure way but we left to the Andre Rieu concert and we had our coffee and lunch at the Christmas market in forum 100!!! I would like to have some one like her in my company!! She was absolutely rude and really unfriendly!! Otherwise all your reception staff was really respectful and helpful 5 ⭐️for them!!!
