The hotel was really nice and well-kept throughout. They communicated well at all times and check-in was easy (remote) and seamless. Our room was a good size and well-appointed. The shower was lovely. We also had a view over the canal which was nice. Breakfast was solid and expected continental standards. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The value was excellent compared to the very tatty Campanile I stayed at the night before. The location was decent too, not right in the middle of the town but perfectly walkable.

Not a lot but some minor feedback. The way our room was laid out, once you'd used the wc you had to exit, walk past the bed and round the back to use the sink. The toilet was a good size so a little odd that there isn't a small sink in it. We were told there was secure bike storage but on arrival it was a room outside accessed with a room key. Inside there were no facilities to lock a bike to anything. I understand the room is only accessible by key but you're then reliant on others not losing their key or not shutting the door properly.

We liked everything: - The perfect location near the train station and the city centre - The perfect accommodation for all 3 of us - The room was very comfortable, full of space, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean and cosy. Many light inside (big windows with a partial view of the sea) and a beautiful green balcony outside - The breakfast was very tasty and the oringe juice was great ;-) - Easy check in and check out - The stuff was very smiled and welcoming. Thank you hotel Loskade, we will choose you again for our accommodation next time with pleasure.

Very friendly and kind host. He was ready for everything so that we would have a good time. Location was perfect and we got answers to our all questions.

The weather was very cold and there could have been an air conditioner, but at the same time there was an air blower in the room and we slept very well.

This was a fantastic hotel in every respect. The man who welcomed us (receptionist) was outstandingly helpful, informative and pleasant. The room with a balcony was quite exceptional. The young lady who helped us at breakfast was delightful.

Air conditioning would have been nice, as we visited in a heatwave but there was at least a fan provided.

We had room 1 located on the first floor with balcony. Very clean, good bed, spacious room with a modern shower. The hotel is ideally located for a walk to the city center but allows "silent" nights as located in a quite area. Lena from the reception is extremely friendly and professional. An address to recommend and to re-use when we return to the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Locked bicycle parking with electricity outlets for charging available free of charge. Hotel is ideal for cyclists. Nice breakfast.

No airco, so higher room temperatures in summer. But fan is provided.

This was a great hotel, what makes it different is the staff are concerned about each guest and work to make sure your needs are satisfied. We really appreciated the personal service with our cycling bags, the secure lock up for our bicycles and the extra attention whe I needed a euro electric adapter.

I liked everything

Online check-in was super handy. We just arrived, smartphone in hand, and could open the front door and the door of our room with one swipe in the app. We had room n° 5. The room was spacious, but not out of the ordinary. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Paid parking (8 AM-8 PM) right across the street.

The location of this hotel could not be better, especially if you are arriving in Middelburg by train. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the breakfast is wonderful --- everything was organic and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will be back!
