really liked the location and the room. Breakfast was very good and enough. The apartment room was equipped with water boiler with tea, capsule coffee machine, a little kitchenette and a fridge. Some glasses ,cups and kitchen utensils were provided with sponge and dish soap, but it didn't make me feel it would be a good place to actually cook.

for the price payed, I would expect to get more comforts in the room: there was only one soap for everything (shower and hands) -> at least hands, shampoo, shower gel are required for basics; conditioner and skin lotion a plus. wifi signal was basically non existent in the room, I had to go on the room balcony outside to get a stable one. coffee capsules were over and were not refilled during my stay.

What a charming place this was! We stayed in the apartment with 1 bedroom, and really enjoyed our one night stay at Opoe Sientje! The apartment was nicely refurbished and had a nice warm vibe. The boat itself, with the outside bar and inside bar with the fireplace is very cosy. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. You can park your car in front to offload your luggage and then park at Parking Eiermarkt at about 5 minutes of a walk. It is at a short walk to the shopping streets, and there is a park closeby. I can imagine that it will be even nicer to stay at Opoe Sientje when it is nice weather, to enjoy the outside bars.

Our children (7 and 12) slept in the 2 coach-beds in the living, and they are too hard. A very thin Ikea foam matras will be good to put under the bedsheet before making the bed.

The vibe was great, the lounge area/restaurant was so cosy. We loved chatting with the stuff - super friendly international students. The apartment was really authentic, with comfortable beds, bathtub and so much space.

The winter is not the right season to visit Nijmegen and the boat itself. We had the feeling that we are missing so much because of the cold weather. Even though the apartment and the lounge area were warm, the windows were single glass and I could feel the cold while sleeping.

A genuinely gorgeous and relaxing place to stay. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable given it's on a boat. Very chill ambience and a lovely common room with an open bar. Or, if its sunny, have a beer and snack as the sun sets from the deck of the boat. The continental breakfast was extensive and yummy. Great location literally on the water, close to restaurants along the river or a short walk up the hill into the old town. They even welcomed my hamster to stay and looked after him while I was in a meeting (that is 'luggage storage' service!)

There was no ac in the rooms and they got very warm and stuffy in the hot weather. But then, it IS a boat.

Full of character & an amazing experience! The room was quirky but clean (with the odd atmospheric cobweb which was to be expected). Falling asleep gazing at the stars through the window above the bed was a truly unforgettable experience. The staff were so helpful & extremely accommodating...couldn't have been more helpful if they tried!

Might be a bit difficult to maneuver for guests with mobility issues - there were steep steps down to the accommodation.

The room is very cool and has nice features. Some things are located in challenging place like plug sockets behind 2 low hanging lights. Bedside lamp a bit low. So you keep bumping your head. Little bit annoying to have to park your car away but it's a nice walk back to boat. Pillows were a bit cheap and need upgrading. A small hand/head towel would have been helpful.

Awesome place. Super quirky. Amazing shower. Very comfy bed. Tasty but simple cold breakfast. Friendly welcome. Lots of authentic bumps and creeks in the night. You can drink the tap water!!!! Part of a restaurant, popular area with locals.

Great location and atmosphere. Very friendly staff and nice bar area. Many different beers in stock. Definitely recommended if you're not a very light sleeper.

Quite a lot of noise from the other rooms. Woke me up when neighbors came back to the hotel at 1am.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Room and ship were cosy and comfortable. There was definitely a festival vibe around the terrain. The boat made us think of Pippi Longstocking, for us this was excellent. The boat (also in winter) was surprisingly warm. A can-do mentality from the staff.

We could not park next to the boat. Parking was in a nearby car park and cost an extra €11. In fairness though we did know that before we arrived as that was made clear on the booking info.

Very nice and special hotel located in several boats. The staffs are very nice. The rooms are very warm. There is a small kitchen with a fridge.

The floors are very dirty. We have to clean them again by ourselves.
