Nice room, pretty large, a good sized desk, soft bed, really nice staff and everything impeccably clean! As an ambulatory wheelchair user I didn't take an accessible room to leave it open for someone who depends on it, but even the the regular room I could easily get around in my wheelchair (not the bathroom though, so if you need it, definitely book the accessible room)

Not really dislikes, just things I would like to read about in reviews if I were considering this hotel: if you're sensitive to sound, ask to get a room at the front of the hotel, as the back is next to the train tracks and this gives some noise. Nothing that can't be fixed with some earplugs though, but just a heads up!

It would be good if more information was given about the room service/mini bar. Because the fridge was empty and no manu card was available. I had to figure it out from the numbers on the phone where for what to call. So, Because there was no price list didnt order anything. Same with wifi...no information about...I had to again figure it out myself without any available information in the room.I was travelling with my 10 years old daugher. It would be nice if the lady (elder one) during check in was more friendly to her, when especially she asked to her for how long she was working in the hotel...it was just an innocent question...still overall good place to stay...

good hotel Right next to the train station. All that saves an additional trip within the city. A ten minute walk from the center. Spacious rooms. very clean Very kind staff.

The staff was helpful, the breakfast was much better than expected, and the room was bigger than expected. Very comfortable beds. The free espresso at the lobby was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is located right adjacent to the train station, which could get a little bit noisy if you are very sensitive. I chose this hotel for this reason, but if you're looking to spend all your time in the city center or the Radboud campus, plan for a bus ride or bicycle.

Breakfast was good to very good. I liked the layout too and presentation. They have this amazing, very 21st C, fresh orange squeezing machine with a glass front so that you can see the fruit being squeezed internally. Loved it.

I think the bed base was a bit cheapy. The mattress was okay though. The toilet was awkwardly positioned in the unusually-shaped bathroom behind the door in such a way that - to use the toilet itself - one had to fully open the door, step inside and to the right, then close the door and turn around. Not great planning batman. But a 1st World problem indeed...(!)

Already from the step number one was clear that it will be nice stay. Really welcoming staff providing also the tips where to go in the city, room was modern and clean, bed just like from the sleeping studio, really well shading curtains and room isolated from outside noises. During the breakfast time personnel constantly filled new plates with delicious variants. Every where in the hotel was nice smell and last not least, the location really worth it. Walking distance to the centrum 15 minutes and next to the hotel parking spot and main train station.

The bathroom was real small! Cupboards and shelves small for 2 people. Gym room is very limited and small with literally just a stepper and a bike and not a thing else.. it could be better easily.

We did not use the breakfast facilities as we thought the price too expensive for what we would typically eat and spend. Location was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff. Lock up facilities provided for rented bikes. Overall, would definitely use the facility again.

Could be noisy at times with the room facing the street. No information in the room that we found providing the in room dining service options.

The breakfast is good with reasonable timings for work and weekend guests. Good range of fare, nicely presented with good seating arrangements

The sauna wasn't clearly identified and difficult to use - had to book with reception etc but on health and safety that might be fine. The restaurant wasn't available in the evening and the bar, whilst nicely laid out was non existent in terms of place to drink or relax by way of atmosphere or attendance

When injured to where I could barely walk or move one due to an injury I had while in twon the staff members physically helped me, brought up a meal to me, checked on my health, et cetera. Above and beyond by far.

Very, limited vegan options for buffet breakfast.
