The apartment was lovely. It was more than I expected. Bed was nice and comfy. Really enjoyed the room. Shower was great, nice water pressure. Would stay here again

Have no problem giving bond for the room but should have been informed when first got the room that it could take up to 2 weeks before getting my bond back. Was told when checking out. I do not think that it is fair for your customers to wait that long to receive their money back when you expect us to pay you straight away. Maybe you could update that part.

Number one - the location is fabulous. The apartment was a two-bedroom and had plenty of space, well appointed and clean. Beds were comfy and we all slept very well. The staff at check in and check out were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We pre-booked and paid for parking and still received a parking ticket - this was remedied by the ticketing company but still meant that a great experience with the apartment was soured a little. Definitely make sure you take your parking map and then leave it in full view in your car - don't just fold it up with your receipt and put it in your handbag! We weren't told to display it but it is clearly written on the form if you read it - obviously we didn't lol.

Our 2nd or 3rd stay with Proximity over a number of years and they never disappoint. The three things we look for most, a strong shower, bright lighting and a comfortable bed was met in spades. We happily recommend Proximity and would stay again if and when we visit Auckland. You are located adjacent to Westfield Mall with great food places of all types and varieties. Buses to many places including the airport leave from the front of the mall and Manukau train station linking you to Auckland City is only about a 5 minutes walk away. Access to secured parking is both a must and a plus and worth the extra payment.

we only stayed overnight and the bed was comfortable The room was a bit small but it was ok because there was only 2 of us and it had everything that we needed There was also a washing machine and dryer inside the room and thats a bonus even thou we did not use it THere was also the cooking facility which we always like to use The location was good because you can just walk to the Westfield shopping Mall and other nearby shops THe view was ok because you can see the shopping mall and the moviie theatre etc

I wanted to ring the reception but did not know what no. to ring as there was nil instruction so i went all the way from 15th floor to the reception It was hard for my husband to work around with the TV etc so we needed assistance and he was good and we managed but our movie we watched on Netflix just died out....

Clean, comfy, had washing machine and dryer which was great! Close to gyms & food court. Would definitely stay again.

I wasn't able to use the same visa debit card I used to pay for accomodation online as credit card for bond? Or something like that. I ended up getn cash to use as bond cause the only credit card I own is my visa debit card. They did explain how they couldn't guarantee refund time frame from my bank with visa debit card however, I've never had this issue before because I've been able to use my debit/credit card at other places I've stayed. Other than that, everything else was great!

The apartment was smaller than expected. However, we were able to see past this as the view, location, and sunrise were just stunning! 15th floor meant we got a good view over Manukau city suburbs and further east. With Westfield at your doorstep, there was no need to use a car. Good value for money if you're staying short-term. Quite neighbors, too.

Overall, cleaning was good. There were a few dirty cotton buds down the side of the shower and vanity that had been missed. Lowlight - The corner shower is sooo T I N Y. Hubby felt like he had to wash in the pirouette position..

On our final day in Zealand, we aimed to stay near the airport as we didn't have a rental car and relied on Uber. Being across from the mall, with shopping and restaurants nearby, was convenient. Exhausted from our journey, we sought relaxation. The well-equipped bathroom and kitchen facilitated our unwind. We managed a short trip to the Botanical Gardens, just 12 minutes away.

While I prefer not to express negative opinions about a space, recognizing that we all have varying tastes and expectations, I welcome constructive criticism if it can be helpful. The reception staff were remarkably friendly and helpful, as were the locals encountered in the elevator. The apartment provided comfort and met all our needs. However, I would mention that the throw at the end of the bed seemed unnecessary and a bit worn, though this is just a minor observation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it was pleasant.

The staff were very helpful. Cleanliness of the apartment. Green tea options (Jasmin & Peppermint tea). Balcony. Overall space of room. Love the location. Made things easier.

Bed felt too big for space within the room. I had to walk sideways to get to the bathroom. I was confused about where to park. I was supposed to park at A129 but ended up around B142 because I struggled to understand the English being spoken by one of the staff members. I thought surely it won’t be too difficult to find but I was driving around the entire B parking lot to find where I was supposed to park. I also didn’t realise I was hovering the scan key over the wrong square box. Maybe it should be signposted. I wish there was an information book of everything instead of having it displayed on the tv.

The location was great. Close to all amenities we needed and wanted. The room was a decent size for me and the family and the rooms were sound proof enough that you heard no noise from anyone else in the complex

The safety of the balcony that is enclosed. The windows were hard to shut and the whole window frame and windows itself were very flimsy. Especially because I had a young child. Because of this the wind howled through the rooms. Also the elevator probably needs servicing as the doors didn't close properly and so the elevator struggled and sometimes didn't work properly

No one had advised that there is a fee if we check in before the check in time which is 2pm.. I manage a hotel and yes when clients pre reg the booking then its a different story but if clients dont pre reg and request for early check in and we running 100% occupancy then first check out we try to clean that room and check in the guest without any extra fee .Different hotels different rules which is fine but just becasue we always go extra mile and provide these kind of services we seem to find it bit unusual when we are in this situation...rest was perfect.
