The Motel was well positioned to meet my needs and proximity to the CBD. Management and Staff at the Motel were friendly and obliging. The Studio Room I occupied, had a small kitchenette with a 2 plate Stove top, Microwave and a reasonable sized Refrigerator. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would highly recommend this Motel based on Location, Standard of Cleanliness, In-Room Facilities and the genuine hospitality demonstrated by Management & Staff.

The location was excellent - just a few minutes to walk into town. There was a supermarket very close by and cafes and restaurants just minutes away. The room was clean and well equipped and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Shaun was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this motel and we plan to return when we are next in Blenheim.

It was the perfect place to stay and there was nothing to dislike.

I was disturbed by the sound of the heatpump units outside the window at night. It was the unit from another room so we couldn’t stop the noise. I asked for an upstairs room and was given a ground floor unit. The bathroom was lovely but the water went all over the floor everytime the shower was used and led to wet feet. Had to use a lot of towels to dry floor - not ideal.

The location was excellent. Shaun went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The studio was a good size and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we were grateful for the air conditioning as it was hot while we were there. We would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and we plan to return when we are next in Blenheim.

in a good location, only a few mins walk to centre. lovely hosts who gave us fresh milk on arrival, Clean & comfy bed plus an extra single !! A sofa, a table , good shower with soaps/gels etc. & plenty of utensils. would stay here again

There was some road noise but it didn’t disturb us, that’s what you get for being in a good location I think a bit overpriced but think that’s the area.

Centrally located and well equipped apartment, convenient for visits to the Marlborough wineries and less than 30 minutes drive to the Picton- Wellington ferry. Very friendly manager who provided excellent support . Would definitely stay their again

Great location: central to town, super close to supermarket. Clean and comfortable rooms - stayed in a one bedroom apartment - loads of space. Mini kitchen is equipped with enough basics - microwave, stove top and basic kitchen utensils. Staff - professional and friendly :)

Nit picking here as there’s nothing much to fault this place on - I’m not a fan of the shower as the water spreads across the floor.

Location was near supermarket and easy to get places. Absolutely loved our stay here and the staff were exceptional. Very accommodating. Place was very clean and nothing was too much trouble for the manager. Liked it so much we booked it again for our homeward trip. Top notch.

The attention to detail was immecable. Styling of the room, items that were available, heat pump and spa was in when I arrived, the way the unit smelled. I was so impressed and I can't wait to come back. Staff were great and friendly. Unit was spotless. It's been a few years since accommodation blew me away and the Palms did it for sure. And the finishing touches were the cherry on top of what was already an impeccable stay. I will absolutely be back.

We had to book into the Blenheim Palms last minute, and we also checked in late but the team were so proactive and made everything super easy! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!
