The property in general was so clean, no rubbish around, ashtrays outside all the rooms (I think these are cleaned after wvery visit) had a good playground area with a full playground, trampoline and pool though it was too cold to swim during our stay. Bbq ready to use if you like with a small coin cost. Great spot just out of town, lots of visitors coming and going. Rooms were cleaned everyday as well, same as the shared kitchen, toilets/showers and laundry. Has a camping area for those with campers or tents. The rooms, wow! Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of blankets and TV. They do have heating but for small rooms you don't really need them. Small patio area with chairs to enjoy the space. Can purchase washing powder from reception too for a small cost. Lots of brochures for the area and surroundings.

Timed WiFi, being from overseas making calls online was abit annoying as the WiFi would cut out after a while. TV's were just basic normal TV, not smart TV's so no netflix or online streaming. Spa was out of order which would have been great to use as the nights were cold. Bedding wasn't the best, stains on the pillows and marks on the sheets. Still a great place just a few small things that could be updated.

We stayed in a self-contained unit while we were in town for a multi-day funeral out at Grovetown. I tend to book hotels when travelling but this was all that was left in Blenheim when I booked and I was really impressed by it and will be back!! Location was perfect, halfway between Grovetown and centre of Blenheim. Would recommend having a car as navigating main roads on bikes might be a bit much for some. Unit had everything we needed. Other guests nearby all friendly and quiet. 8 year old son loved the playground and pool. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, quick check in process. Refresh of rooms each day with toilet paper, towels and milk was great.

Only thing I struggled with was finding $2 coins for laundry. Often no one at reception as they were cleaning rooms and nearby shops were all out. Come prepared, especially if you only have a short window to do laundry during your stay. Racks that we could use in our rooms or outside our rooms would have also been helpful as I didn't want to hang my laundry in the communal areas.

Room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Communal shower, toilet area was beautifully clean and well maintained. Showers were great. No timer on showers. Dealing with the owners was easy and hassle free.

Only negative was traffic noise from being right by the road. They have placed containers between units and road to mitigate noise. Noise is still quite noticeable, but did get a decent nights sleep.

Nice tidy updated unit. Liked that it had a heatpump. Beds okay but very soft we were lucky we had 2 bedrooms and l ended up sleeping in one of the other beds

When l booked l had the option of paying then, or paying when l arrived, l choose to pay when we got there with cash, but they had already taken the money the night before we arrived 🤨Don’t know why you get this option when they’re going to put it on your credit card anyway. Apart from this happy with unit and-location 😊

The location was good, and the facilities that were available were good also. It caters forr short and longer term stays. We only stayed 2 nights, but that was good.

I realise that the cabin rooms are a good few years old, and that was our only observation that a little updating of the interiors would help

The cabin was suitable for us not far to communal area. Clean and tidy ablution block. Swimming pool and car wash area was a bonus and the maintenance guy who lives on the premises was very helpful when our car needed a jump start. Loved the location across from the diary and pub. Definitely worth another stay!

Both the unit and the furniture seemed to be quite new. There were two bedrooms, and each of them could be separated / closed from the living room. The fridge was huge. We could park our car next to the door.

The basin was microscopic. The space in the bedroom was very narrow. The matrasses were quite soft.

Great location, each block has its own toilets, showers, kitchen and lounge. There is a swimming pool, a spa(10$ 30min, and you have to booked), there is a car washing area, laundry ( 2 $2 coins laundry and same dryer).

Reception don't go further to explain things, just the essentials, so i would recommend to ask all your doubts and have a look around to see all the facilities. Mattress and pillows not good at all, bring your own towels.
