Convenient location, quiet and comfortable at a good price. Our preferred place to stay, usually.

Though the bed had been made up the room hadn't been cleaned properly. We didn't want to make a fuss because we'd got the room at a good rate for 2 nights, but I think the cleaner had walked off the job. We wiped the baby fingerprints off the windows and mirror, but when we found black underwear in the dusty light fitting and brown goo on the floor, no pillowcase on the 2nd pillow we spoke to the weekend manager. He didn't have an e xplanation but did offer us a bottle of wine as an apology. We have often stayed here and have never found it dirty before. Bad luck, because it's very comfortable, peaceful and conveniently located. I dont know whether it has recently changed hands and the new staff are untrained, but it was not a good experience.

This is a great short stay location on Riccarton road, very close to the Westfield mall. The property is easy to find and has enough parking for everyone. Of special note is the after hours check-in access they have set up - I didn't arrive until 11:30pm, but received easy-to-follow instructions and easily accessed my room without having the wake anyone. The rooms are on the smaller size, but are very clean, secure and well maintained. The bed was excellent, and the good soundproofing for such a centrally located place was very welcome.

The rooms are on the smaller size which makes two people moving around slightly harder, but at this point I'm getting really picky - they still work just fine and this isn't the sort of accommodation you'll be hanging out in other than for sleeping.

Location great handy to Westfield shopping centre and short walk to bus stops. Could also walk to Deans Bush gardens which is a lovely place to visit. Staff very accommodating looked after my bags before check-in time and after check-out. They also organised a couple of taxis for me.

Perhaps an explanation on how to activate the water from the spa bath to the shower. I had to ask staff to come over and show me. Also couldn't open the sliding door to the small courtyard but that was a user error. Lounge room couch was a bit uncomfortable.

The 2 bedroom apartment (#810) was a bonus for sure. It is upstairs and in the corner, so away from the carpark and busy street. Has a beautiful outlook right into trees and a reserve with lots of bird chatter.

Suggest either repair or removed the broken vertical blinds. It dates the room and made it appear tired and not looked after, though you could see the rest of the apartment was clean and tidy and in working order.

Warm and accommodating reception and a quiet night's sleep. Handy to the Mall and eateries, nicely equipped kitchenette and seasonally appropriate bed linen.

The suite we stayed in was lovely, the staff there are absolutely amazing, very friendly and made booking in and leaving such a breeze. Nice clean and tidy room. Super stoked with our stay there. When we left we were thinking that we should have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again when I go back to Christchurch

The room was very comfortable for one person but a couple would be fine too. Very clean and tidy. Was warm at night and didn't need extra blankets etc. Polite, friendly staff. Very good value for money and I'll happily stay again.

Could hear a bit of road noise since it's on a busy main road. I knew that and wore earplugs and had no real issue sleeping. Might be more challenging without them.

Was greeted well. Room good. T injured my elbow and thought it had heeled. But I got a little blood on the sheet by my head area. So I apologised and the Indian gentleman said in not worried about the sheet. Are you ok? How are you? It was refreshing. I would definitely stay again and suggest to my friends

Cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great and unit was very quiet considering being on Riccarton Road.

We arrived early and had our luggage stored until check in time. Would have been nice if our luggage had been moved to our room once it was ready. Receptionist was unaware of offers in room compendiums and only advised they may not still be available rather than checking to find out.

Location and room comfort are great. The spa bath is always appreciated, although we didn't get a chance to use it this time.

The fact that I LOST THE KEY 10 minutes after reception closed!! Luckily they were still there and answered the after hours. Another key in 5 minutes so crisis averted. (that part should really go in the positive comments)
