– So luxurious, and our room suite was HUGE! Grateful to have a bathroom designed in a way that’s useful for a woman .the magnifying mirror - GREAT shower! Beds were so comfortable ,feel sleeping in the cloud. we didn’t want to leave them. Location is fantastic - plus easy access to city, The lobby and courtyard are so fabulous I would be happy to just hang out there for most of a weekend! Will stay here whenever I can. S uper friendly staffs and reception. very helpful. Convenient shop is ground floor. so convenient to make easy buy everything.. the best of best. highly recommend. It's a great hotel.

Really nicely decorated room and comfy beds. They provided a nice welcome set that included small bottle of champagne, chocolate and other treats. Parking can be somewhat limited. We liked our stay overall.

Check out was earlier than expected for 4 star hotel at 10am. The reception lady was knocking at the door 10:15:). Not a big deal but would be great to have an extra hour in the morning.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was so wonderful attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient,and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great) Great location,too.very comfortable,great showy,especially coming in after a late fun night,very relaxing and private. We like a everything here. The stuff was super friendly and professional, polite, welcoming.We felt taken care of.The room clean and fancy,elegant. The bed was so comfortable. Gorgeous design. beautiful decorated hotel.New property that feels clean and fresh .You can trust that the rooms so look the same as displayed on the pictures.We loved the location as very convenient for going to ant other places in Christchurch.As an avid traveler, this was on of the best hotel I’ve stayed.Spacious room and a lots of attention to detail,Oh. Absolutely fabulous.We enjoyed it very much.Great luxury atmosphere.We would definitely choose this place again.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location was great, a short 10 minute walk to the town centre. Very clean and quiet. Great that there was a small dairy backing onto the hotel.

You need a license to operate the TV. Once the staff came and explained it thoroughly we got use to it. Hard to navigate local channels.

The property was very modern and well located in city centre. The management was very friendly.

The housekeeping staff were not very thorough. A couple of days I noticed my floor was not vacuumed. Also the bath tub was not cleaned on 2 occasions. I stayed there for 6 nights.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about our stay. Couldn’t have been more wrong. Absolutely loved our room, so spacious with a separate office/sitting room where we were able to store our cases etc. The room was spotless, beautiful bathroom with above average amenities. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to help us. Early check in was no problem, room was cleaned early and efficiently every day of our stay. In room breakfast was great and the next day’s supplies were always there when we returned from our day’s activities. Sincere thanks to your wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable. I hope we will be able to return some day.

Great location, close to everything, comfortable, modern and clean. Nice relaxed feel to the place. And free parking - a rare find!

Air con difficult to control and directly over the bed so we either got an icy draught or it was too hot! Not the end of the world but a bit annoying.

Good firm bed, very nice shower, good location, free parking, free wifi. excellent staff who couldn’t do enough for you. very clean. nice courtyard oasis in the city.

After first night went and bought ourselves better pillows. not a lot of space in the room. better for one person or maybe 2 people with very little luggage. more than a single full sized suitcase and you were crowded. Only 2 coat hangers. ask for room downstairs if you aren’t comfortable lugging suitcases as there is no lift.

Love the interior design of the building, especially the garden, it’s very elegant and full of natural elements. Sadly the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, couldn’t make my way upstairs due to personal health concerns. They were able to accommodate us downstairs. We had a delightful experience staying with them, will definitely come back again next time.
