We loved the property as well as the service and location! If we come back, will come to C.C Motel! Lovely receptionist waited for our late check in. I had specific request, she made sure it’s done. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and bright. The kitchen well equipped, everything we needed. Netflix and other apps were great addition to already great package. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean, shower worked great. We had a little terrace too. The motel is close enough to the centre, near by are restaurants and grocery store. Even though it’s winter we enjoyed walks to the playground, and other places. Laundry service was just perfect, and lovely receptionist lady helped us around that. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, place to stay in and not spend fortune, City C Motel is the place.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Appeared to be water on the floor beside the toilet. Not sure where the leak was coming from. Also the Fridge was too cold and our milk froze overnight. Couldn't find a setting within the fridge to turn the temperature down. Wasn't able to report it as we left early in the morning before the office was open.

Location very good and with bus stop outside. Nora, receptionist very nice to deal with and obliged with our requests and very helpful with tourist information.

Sofa bed very squeaky to sleep on. Frypan didn't sit flat on portable stove element. Toilet seat squeaked when you sat on it. Beds not made up on weekend and bathroom basin not cleaned every day

nice motel , very quiet and relaxing . room was exceptionally clean welcoming hosts good location - we walked to city area the property has washing machine and dryer and a clothes line - cost of washing machine and dryer $4 each was great to get our washing done !

the hosts of this property are very accomodating and helpful. I have nothing to not like , it ticks the boxes as a spacious , clean room and it’s priced fairly.

the whole room top to bottom was absolutely spotless could not flaw the cleanliness. I’ve stayed in many motels, hotels, Airbnb and Campsites etc and there’s always something for me and my high standards that stands out. The shower head was clean not even small residues were on it, the whole shower was sparkling no hair of mould, the vents had no dust lols. I value cleanliness as the ultimate top priority when staying anywhere and City Motel has exceeded it all. High Lily satisfied with the room. I could brag on forever, keep up the great work

Great location, in walking distance to central CBD and a bus stop right outside the gate, if you were wanting to go further afield without taking your own vehicle. . loads of places for breakfast, lunchtime meals and dinner in the evening.

I would prefer a single bed to a fold down sofa, but we new the setup on booking. so you get what you pay for.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Without asking for hotplate, we were given the same at no extra cost.

Unfortunately, we were given upper level, we placed request last minute. We understand we should have mentioned earlier. Motel was full when we checked in bit late. No fault of hotel administration.

They had the fold-out couch set up already for us, the late check worked great too. We both really felt warm and relaxed in the room. The location was great, and very central.

My daughter did suggest maybe another foam mattress on the fold-out couch as it was a little uncomfortable however she still managed to sleep.

The location was excellent and easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived one hour earlier and they went the extra long mile to help us with that. Bed was comfy and room was clean and nice.

The Wi-Fi connection was constantly failing. But besides that everything was alright.

Perfect location, 7 minutes walk to Town Hall for concert, and also easy to carry on and walk around city area which is coming back to life again. Unit itself had all we needed and was very quiet.

Bit of a musty odour which was more noticeable after being shut up over night and broken window catch in bathroom.
