I loved how big the room was, I loved the bed it was very comfortable. I loved the room layout, the pictures on the wall matched the design pillows on the bed it was really nice. The shower was very spacious and I loved it! There was a wall mirror in the room that was fantastic! Was a great size mirror in the bathroom as well. The kitchen had a great amount of supplies for doing your own cooking. There was a very good amount of space in general. Would stay there again. It had a great balcony. Very clean windows

The light when people come late from behind the curtain lit up the whole room. That cant be helped unfortunately. the walls kinda thin too could hear everything.

The accommodation was very spacious. There was a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and lounge. All amenities were clean to a good standard. We were offered an upgraded room for free which had a lovely spa bath.

I am very sensitive with allergies and there was a strong perfume in the room which smelled lovely but made my eyes itch. My skin also reacted while sleeping there but this can happen elsewhere as well - sometimes it happens when there are chemicals used during cleaning.

Good size room with a Northwest facing balcony to enjoy an afternoon wine 😉. The proximity to town was excellent, easy walking distance to the town hall where we were attending a show.

There wasn't much not to like apart from the car parks not being allocated to rooms...first come first served scenario where you're not guaranteed a park close to your room although unless the complex was full a park would generally be available.

Our apartment was light, spacious and comfortable, consisting of a kitchen area/ sitting room, a bedroom with en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs. It had two tv's, one including Sky channels, a fridge, a microwave and effective air conditioning. It was close to the city centre, only 10mins walk away, and had good access from the airport. We found the manager, who seemed to be on duty 24hrs each day, to be very helpful and friendly. For a relatively low cost motel it was excellent value for money.

No fault of the hotel, but Booking.com kept offering me an upgrade at extra cost to a room with 'private toilet', implying our room didn't have one. Our room did have a private en-suite so I'm glad I hadn't taken up the offer.

The unit was large with comfortable chairs and a sofa. Very modern bathroom with a good shower and a lovely spa bath. Good bench space in the kitchen for food prep. Effective air conditioning. Being in Christchurch for 8 days it was great to have a large, centrally located motel unit with good access to multiple venues.

Two of my bug bears: - no microwave suitable dishes - no hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom and the loan DVD player was not very good quality

Comfortable rooms and beds. Kitchen and lounge. Kept warm with heater. Bathroom was dated but functional and good water pressure A few blocks walk into central christchurch. Parking on-site. Cafe just up the road for coffee and supermarket about 1km away if self catering

location was excellent - within walking distance of good cafes and restaurants. a quick walk I to town. Property was well laid out, liked the separate kitchenette, everything you needed was there, roomy, plenty of parking.

a bit of maintenance required in bathroom fittings (wobbly faucets and fittings) - otherwise all good

Fantastic stay at the Belmont Motor Inn. Lovely, spacious, upstairs apartment. Fully equipped kitchenette, dining faciltiies and lounge area with separate bedroom with lovely, comfy beds. Really friendly Manager.

Lovely biggish studio room, with a separate kitchenette and a nice modern bathroom. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, modern and really good value. Walking distance to town with free parking for around $150. Can't beat that.

The room was great for our family, the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom room we were in was nice and spacious.

The body wash dispenser was empty when we arrived and wasn't topped up once during the 4 nights we stayed.
