Great location close to Gisborne with close access to the almost empty beaches. The Oasis Motel rooms were very clean and well furnished. The large bed was very comfortable with immaculate bedding. A large wet room with toilet, basin and large mirror. Windows had insect netting which was a bonus. The pool area was well fenced in with good lock on the gate, pool was cool but not cold and the spa was 40°. The entire complex was very clean and tidy and enjoyed by us on our 3 night stay. We would certainly stay again, very friendly and helpful.

Loved staying here the staff where so friendly The room though basic was clean and the beds comfortable The pool outside was warm and clean the hot tube to die for relaxing and soothing at 40* All in all a great stay and one to recommend There was a launderette with the washing machine free and a small fee for the dryer Some great little bays to explore Parking was directly out side your apartment with a small table and chairs placed outside your room A small shop was in reception with essential on sale A small colour TV with coffee and tea layed on with a fridge a small bottle of milk was supplied The bathroom though on the small side had a walk in shower with towel supplied towel where supplied for use in the swimming pool and hot tube 😊👍👍👍👍

The staff where very polite and accommodating, beds where comfortable. Room was clean. The swimming pool was heated so it was great for that sunset swim definitely be back.

Didn't realised we had no cooking facilities apart from microwave but we made it work! Maybe a electric fry pan in the room would be handy or is there a communal kitchen i missed. Any way kai pai!

Excellent facilities. Was not expecting the us of kitchen appliances, however this was very helpful. Thank you for the complimentary milk and coffee;very much appreciated. Beds were super comfortable and warm. The kids loved their stay.

Nothing. We were absolutely satisfied with our experience at Motel Oasis. Wish the weather was a little warmer so our family could utilise the beautiful pool.

The environment and setting is peaceful and nice. The staff were wonderful and inviting. The room we were in was so clean and comfortable, and we got our morning breakfast brought to our room. The other tenants were respectful and courteous. Awsome 3 days 7kms away from home👌

Clean and roomy with all the basics. Great budget family hotel. Close to the beach but it had a pool too. Small onsite shop at Reception if you needed something. Breakfast available. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Easy parking. Approachable staff.

It was a delightful surprise, the room was tastefully decorated everything had a fresh do not disturb feel about it, Just enjoy. The bed was softer than were use to but clean and warm. The bathroom was nicely presented down to the added touch of bath crystals provided, With soft towels and condiments. We asked for breakfast next morning, we asked for a Glutenfree breaky, the manager never having made one before sort advice went to store and bought required ingredients- 100% satisfaction

Beds were so comfy, the family room was huge, everything you could need and more was in the rooms including washing machines and driers. We also had one of the smaller rooms too which had all the amenities of the bigger rooms. The location was great as it was just around the corner from my daughters school.

The parking was tight, we had two hilux's and it was a bit of a mission to park. Once we had squeezed in we had blocked the walk way for other guests to access there accommodation easily.

I really liked how comfortable it was and the access to a really good TV range It was quiet and had everything I needed to feel at home away from home. Thankyou

Personally, I would have liked a bath rather than a shower but it was a very good 🚿

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The carpark was not outside my door for some reason I had to park two doors down and the car next door used my carpark while the carpark that was outside its door was empty. I'm not sure why that happened but it was inconvenient for me.
