Room was clean. Motel was located in quiet street. Close to main street.

Room was very hot and only a small fan to cool down room was not able to put fan in sleeping area. Maybe a fan attached to wall would've worked to keep room cool overnight. Some of the cups needed washing before we were able to use them lipstick and coffee still on a couple of the cups when we went to have a coffee. No proper facility to wash dishes had to use sink in the bathroom to wash dishes.

The staff were lovely, the rooms we spacious and it was lovely actually getting a large bed to myself (having to share with my 10-year-old daughter on a 25-day trip for most of the time & She wriggles) Location was beautiful and quiet. Even when the poor truck driver had to book in last minute late at night because he couldnt get through due to slips etc, we hardly heard the truck, and we were in a unit facing the road. The breakfast was GREAT - was massive!!! To the point where we actually didnt end up using some of it. (3 females travelling- so much so, a hungry, physical hard-working person would probably think they're good. Would definitely stay again.

Would have liked a much softer mattress - they're very firm and I felt like I was sleeping on a wooden plank. Oh and warning that there was a dog on the property would also have been good. (I'm allergic, but have no problem taking my antihistamines, but my daughter is nervous around dogs)

When we arrived at the motel the owner was more than helpful and gave us some good advice on places to visit and train travel - treat for husband! The place was very clean and tidy and we were able to catch up on washing on site, a real bonus. Masterton is a lovely town, shops, beautiful parks and plenty of places to eat.

Me and my grandson absolutely loved the room, extra beds and towels plenty of space for my family to visit big rooms comfortable warm beds. And the staff are very nice and helpful. Thumbs up to Tania who checked us in late with no extra cost and let us book an extra night at short notice. The car parked right outside the door. Next time we're in Masterton we will definitely book a room at Chanel Court Motel again and if you're in Masterton and need a place to stay I recommend this place.👍😊

Lovely staff. We stay at Chanel Court regularly, we always find them very accommodating. Rooms are spacious, had everything we needed. Parking right outside our room.

We stayed in a smaller studio this time (no children this time). Was very nice, just one very minor thing - there wasn't a power plug in the bathroom to use hairdryer or straightener. Not a biggie though.

Although this is a fairly old complex, our room had been freshly renovated and had all we required for a night. I thought it was good value for a budget end motel, and the women at reception was very friendly and welcoming, taking the time to call by after checking into our room to make sure we knew how everything worked and were warm enough. We walked to dinner at the Whatman Restaurant at Club Wairarapa, and our group enjoyed a very reasonably priced meal there.

I did not like Booking.com charging me $29.60 for changing my booking from two nights to one. This change was made essential at the last moment as the purpose of my visit to Masterton was to attend the funeral of my brother-in-law on the Friday morning, and the need to get back to my home on the Friday afternoon (a six-hour drive) as the state highway between Napier and Wairoa was to be closed for 12 hours on both the Saturday and Sunday, and I had a function to attend to on the Saturday night that wouldn't have been possible had I travelled back on either of those days. I respectfully ask you to refund the $29.60 at your earliest convenience -- had the highway been open on those two days I would have stayed the second night as originally planned.

Lovely host who made us feel at home, showed us our room and how everything worked. Room was everything we needed for our stay. Lovely warm shower, comfortable beds and special touch of having the heater switched on before our arrival.

Thank you for such a restful stay..our studio was well placed and all the luxury of home like Netflix! And wifi incase you did need to get some work done,even set with a full kitchen again everything we could have needed for the night could definitely have stayed longer also very welcoming staff onsite.Definitely studio was perfect size for everything.

Really enjoyed the stay with Chanel Court Motel. Lovely staff who were helpful and friendly . Definitely would stay there again for sure . Got great value for money . Highly recommend to other people for sure .

There wasnt very much to be honest . Possibly get a room that had more of a kitchen so could cook a whole meal . Mostly it was great and didnt find anything that wasnt okay .
