The unit was spacious, clean and had everything that I would expect. The plus was the shower dome.. The bathroom was steamfree and the mirror was still dry. And the other outstanding detail was the note on kitchen wall saying..to leave all dishes you have used so their can sterilize before next guests. I

I guess the access due to road works wasn't ideal. But that wasn't their fault and should not put people off

We booked st very short notice and although we never met the staff they helped us get into the room after normal check-in time. The room was not flash, large or modern but it was well maintained and clean with everything we needed. It was also in a very convenient location fof us.

Room was quite small and dated but fair value for money so not really a problem, and it was all we needed for a quick stopover.

You got biscuits and the pressure in the shower was brilliant. Didn't take long to heat room up either and TV has a areal and don't need to use wifi to watch TV.

The smell in room not sure if it was the carpet or a chemical. The comforter has been there for yrs could do with a change.

Everything. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully kept. Having the aircon in the bedroom allowed us to have a great sleep regardless of the humidity. Lovely owners. We were concerned about road noise but it was unfounded as the unit was so well insulated we barely heard it. Thank you.

The heat pump kept us comfortably warm, without getting too hot or cold. Also little thing, but when they replenished tea and coffee supplies, they replensied plunger coffee and biscuits 😋 Heated towel rail was nice too Central location was great.

First world problem, would be nice to have more Sky TV channels, ot a smart TV to cast own Netflicks...not a biggie, just nice to have

Motel was very clean, good facilities in the kitchen.

I found the chair in the lounge area very uncomfortable to sit on, would have been nice to have a small couch. Also bed a little too firm for me.

Quite a bit of road noise which can’t be helped as it’s on the main road.Having our room serviced every day with fresh towels was nice.Great to have a shower dome to prevent steam. Nice comfortable , clean motel.

Owner very accommodating and friendly. Changed our towels every day. Good instructions. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very quiet.

We were given shortbread biscuits, prepacked that were stale. Not the owners fault.

I like the room it's clean. The staff is so accommodating and the cleaner is nice woman she is a Filipino same with my partner.Looking forward to go back there soon. Best Regards, Gavin and Maria
