The location in walking distance to the city centre was great, grocery stores, cafes, galleries etc all close by. The unit was spacious, warm, comfy bed, kitchenette equipped with everything we required, the coffee pod machine was a treat. And is getting extra thumbs up from me as the supplied pods were labelled home compostable. And I enjoyed reading the complementary weekend newspaper which I picked up from the reception. The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. If it had been warmer and our stay longer, we would have tried the comfortable looking outdoor furniture at the pool for some outdoor reading. Great to have a wardrobe and two luggage racks and still enough space to move around in the room without kicking toes. The bed side table lamps with integrated USB charging ports and multiple sockets throughout the unit made keeping all devices topped up a breeze. I would have liked to see a composting option. Maybe you could look into a "Hungry Bin" or two?

Only thing was that the toilet had no lid. This was explained to us had its reason: the unit being an accessible unit. The bathroom floor turned into a lethal slippery arena when wet. We left the bath mat out and used one of the suction shower mats to create some safe "stepping stones".

Very, clean, comfortable, spacious. Lovely staff. Loved the spa bath, laundry in the room was an unexpected bonus. Cozy, room, well appointed. Price was great value and room service food was yummy. Lots of extras in the room, yummy coffee etc, toiletries, chilled water.

Room service was difficult to navigate, menus in room but no instructions on how to order or what button to use. No simple way to order breakfast, took a lot more time and energy than necessary. Wifi was sketchy, couldn't use TV.... but I'm not a technical person. I would still recommend this accommodation.

Delorenzo Studio Apartments is the new standard by which I judge hotels. This place is a travelers DREAM! Everything is functional AND beautiful. Yes, the bathroom has a super luxurious shower, but it also has a washer and dryer with multiple laundry detergent packets ready to go. The kitchen is sleek and trendy AND it’s fully equipped with a dishwasher + dishwasher tablets, induction cooktop with pots and pans, microwave, fridge, kettle, nespresso machine, and French press. The beds are luxurious and ROBES are provided! The place was absolute heaven after a grueling week in the car, changing hotels every night.

Great location, very clean and spacious rooms. The flat screen TV was bigger than normal ( a bonus) and with the king bed was a lovely relaxing experience at the end of the day.

Parking was only available with payment. Also there are back security lights that were overly bright during the night. Walking into the bathroom in the night you thought it was morning with the brightness. These stayed on all night.

Well equipped and very comfortable studio. Nothing was missing and it was nice to stay there. Everything again.

The only really annoying thing are the two digital signs/boards at the front of the buildings. They shine very bright all night and I found them disturbing. They should be at least turned off or dimmed down during night times (also good for some energy savings). WiFi was average

Spacious room size with all essential facilities (Coffee machine, Washing machine, dryer, Kitchen and dish washer and many more!). The parking available for all guest. Apartment locates close to Nelson City. The cleanliness is superb daily cleaning services and friendly staff! My personal preference is to stay on the first floor to enjoy mountain view and sunset from the balcony (Very large balcony).

The overall stay was superb but price-wise is quite expensive not suitable for long stay, which in my case I have stayed here for almost 1 month and that cost so much! Would be nice if they have further discount for long stay :)

The room was spacious with a lovely little balcony to sit on which was beautiful when we were eating our breakfast. The room was very clean with attention to detail. I especially loved the laundry facilities. What a beautiful little home away from home. We would rush back to stay here again on our next visit. Next time I may get to try that inviting swimming pool!

I Loved the spa bath. How fabulously relaxing and I was so grateful to be able to have one. However, it would have been helpful for me to have a wall handle to use when climbing out.

One of the most comfortable rooms we had on our whole visit to the South Island. Nice king bed w/TV right in front of it made for relaxing viewing, and small sitting area with balcony very nice. Kitchen VERY well kitted out and size convenient (i.e.: not too small.)

Location a bit isolated from Nelson without much of an interesting view, but that was OK b/c we were driving around for that. Bit of a walk into town down busy road, but comfort of the room made up for it. Noise from pool could be a bit loud at times.

Additionally, having access to a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient and ensured that I could keep up with any laundry needs during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to discover heated floor tiles in the bathroom. This small touch added an extra layer of comfort, especially during colder days. The location is another significant advantage. Being within walking distance to the town center allowed us to easily explore the local attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was convenient and ensured that I didn't have to travel far to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The bed in the studio apartment was a standout feature. It was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. The quality of the mattress and bedding exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. In fact, we enjoyed our stay at DeLorenzo Studio Apartments so much that I decided to extend my visit by an additional night. The overall experience was so exceptional that I didn't want it to end.

My stay was flawless in every sense, and I eagerly look forward to returning to DeLorenzo Studio Apartments in the future.
