This was a great find, the hosts really have thought of everything which made our stay very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the accomodation exceptionally clean! The view from the patio doors was lovely and outside seating was available, unfortunately we weren't able to use because of the weather. The breakfast was delicious and the home-made options were a beautiful touch. It is about a 30 minute walk to the centre, which we were more than happy to do, but parking is available for those who would prefer to drive. If we ever return to Nelson we would definitely stay again. Thankyou.

Owner of this property is very nice. Contact with her was without any problem. Room is with separate bathroom, very modern look, and with nice details. Comfy bed. Kind of homey vibe & very nice place to stay in Nelson.

Lack of even small table to sit and eat, I mean, there was one table outside (but weather was no good, I bet it is very nice eat there and ejoy the view without rain;), so maybe they should consider adding small, even foldable, table somewhere inside.

Ineke and John are wonderful people, and that shows everywhere and all the time. Stylish and comfy, spotless, quiet, great bed, exceptional bathroom, patio, yummy breakfast, and heaps of attention to detail. our best experience over years of extensive travels. Interesting and fun conversations. crystal clear why it is hard to book their little slice of loving paradise.

The breakfast was great. I especially liked the homemade muesli - delicious! Lovely welcoming hosts. Very clean room and great service. The car park was so close to the door and very accessible to the room. We loved our stay and even had a visit from a very cute black cat. Thank you John & Ineke for our stay!

The hosts are amazing people. Our names were written on the board, making us feel very welcomed. Great breakfast tray, very nice selection. Wonderful view, spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet area and nice bathroom. Would recommend it to anyone and definitely would stay here again.

Everything!!! What a wonderful B&B to stay in! Ineka and John were lovely hosts. The room was large, clean, and cosy. We had a nice outdoor area with lovely views, the bathroom had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice too, always well presented! We felt very welcomed! Definitely recommend! Ineka helped us plan a nice day to Abel Tasman also, and was helpful with suggestions of where we could visit on our next journey! Thank you!

John and Ineke were super friendly and helpful even though we stayed only 1 night. Facilities were very new and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding ,way more than enough. You will very much enjoy your stay.

John and Ineke sent additional arrival information and glad they did. GPS has it wrong. Finding the house took small effort but not really a complant.

Absolutely wonderful. Brand New accommodation is modern and comfortable. Located on a hill overlooking Nelson, just a few minutes from the beach and city center. We had our own private terrace/garden. The bedding is the most luxurious we've had in our 3 week holiday and the breakfast spread and coffee/tea in the room went above and beyond. I would definitely come back to Nelson and definitely come back here!

Very welcoming hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with John & Ineka who looked after us so well. We had a lovely sunny bedroom with outdoor sitting area looking onto the garden. The room was lovely and warm with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfasts were great and set us up for the day. We would thoroughly recommend this b & b to future travelers, you will love it. We already have a booking to return. Grahame & Norma.

It was very clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom and nice view out over the pretty and interesting garden

parking is quite tricky and the development is so new the satnav couldn’t find it. We would prefer to have somewhere a bit more spacious to make and eat our breakfast than on the patio table in the bedroom.
