Good location within easy flat walking distance of shops, restaurants and passenger ferry in the lovely seaside village of Paihia Owner was friendly and welcoming. Did have a slightly old-fashioned feel but clean, comfortable and had all we needed for a three night stay

Once things got moving in the morning, the road was quite busy - but that does affect all the accommodation in this area

Superb location, right at the start of Paihia. Staff are warm and welcoming, and the apartment is spacious and a very well-equipped kitchen, there is a great cafe, bar and restaurant meters away and of course the beach right across road. This place was great stay and value for Money!

We made the correct booking and confirmed. Not the motels fault. Very awkward when informed there was a discrepancy in charges from Bookings.comBut managed to sort it out in the end.

Location was great - close to the beach, and lots of cafe / restaurants. Being pet friendly was definitely the biggest win in our books.

As it was summer, and being hot - it would have been great if we could have left the windows open with a latch (not fully open) to let fresh air circulate the room as the room can get quite hot and stuffy after we been out for the day and have everything shut. However, having a fan in the room definitely helps (much appreciated).

Great location - close to the beach and easy walking into the centre of Paihia. Spacious room and nice little balcony. Free parking on site.

Stairs to get up to the room was difficult with two heavy suitcases.

-Pet friendly! huge bonus right there -location is excellent -family owned, lady who runs it was lovely -off street parking -good wifi -self contained - has a great little kitchen with all you need (plus a jug of milk) -balcony

It was purely chosen due to being pet friendly and the only pet friendly available in the area so 10 points for that. It met our expectations tho In an ideal world I would have loved air conditioning. The fan was helpful. Its an older property that needs a good renovation and modernization. Aside from that it was great

The accommodation was very close to the beach and easy walking to the town and shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was a comfortable size. Wendy and Peter were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. It worked well for us. We were disappointed the hot tub wasn't working.

The owners were lovely. They always asked us if we need anything. The location is great, close to the beach and easy walk to the city center. The room was big and cozy.

We missed an air conditioner. It was a little hot and even though there was a fan in the room we were very hot in there.
