We loved the location - it was super close to town. We were able to walk to dinner. The actual premises was awesome! It was great having a nice hot tub to relax in. Having a room closer would've made our stay the best of the best. We also loved the room itself. Great facilities. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views. We loved everything! We also loved the hosts, very very helpful and kind.

That we weren't closer to the pools. That we couldn't stay longer. We can't wait to go back

I could not recommend this place more. Viv was incredible and lovely! She made the stay for a surprise group gathering 100x better by being so helpful and accommodating. Viv went over and beyond for us all. We arranged seem less early check in, the room and facilities were beyond expectations. Clean, affordable and central. 2 minutes or less walk to paihia central / ferry terminal. The rooms were tidy and the presentation was 10 star. The bathroom was incredibly clean and had the most amazing large shower and spa bath. The lounge area was homely and the kitchen and laundry had everything you could’ve needed.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The property has every comfort you could possibly need during your stay - even a BBQ for each room. it is impeccably clean and Viv really makes you feel welcome. Location is great - easy access to everything. Heated pools were such a bonus for our three year old to enjoy.

The staff/owner was really nice and welcoming.The room was comfy and very cleqn..Loved the jacuzzi was great.I would defunately go agaun and i would refer people to stay there..

Only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the toilet hand basin was too close to the toilet..So bigger people either wouldnt fit,or would not be comfortable .I think the hand basins should be removed

Fantastic large apartments with lovely views over the ocean. Spacious rooms, sky tv, and beautiful big bathrooms with spa bath! Very close to the centre of town. Staff were welcoming.

We didn’t use the pool when we were there as kids from other groups took over. We were a bit disappointed as it was one of the reasons we booked. Luckily the spa bath made up for it 😊

Excellent apartment, very well fitted out, all you could need. Comfortable bed. Sea view even though we were in number ten, at the back. Warm welcome from reception. Didn't use the outdoor pool and hot tubs which looked lovely but did use the apartment spa bath. Great fair trade coffee and plunger.

The apartments are very close together so no sound proofing if someone talks outside.

Everything. I liked seeing other guests with their kids making use of the pool, spa pool. Room and facilities outstanding. Definitely recommend staying here.

Loved the location and the cleaniless of the room and the surroundings. Was a beautiful apartment. My daughter loved the spa bath. We were only there for 1 night and regret it should have been longer. The spa and pool area was beautiful and our unit was located right next door to it. A beautiful place to stay.

Great location, our room had everything we needed, the kids love the spa and even the cold pool in winter!

It would’ve been quite good if there was spare toilet paper, a few basic condiments in the kitchen (milk) would’ve been handy and our room was missing a hair dryer but I got one from reception.

fabulous helpful manager. made us feel welcome and gave helpful advice on what to see on our visit. Quiet rooms, very clean, lovely bathroom.

nothing to not like. minor....single room needed an extra blanket in room. (master room had fab spare duvet in wardrobe).
