The property is close to Restaurants, Banks and shopping centers, easy access all road networks on the Island, The hotel staff are very welcoming and went on their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The front desk is top notch. super fast internet, complimentary breakfast for one… not to mention about the comfy bed. I will definitely come back again. I recommend Citilodge for all travelers looking for serene environment yet trendy shops around.

I love everything about the property

It was very serene place that is very close to many amenities like Banks, Restaurants, Hospital, Fuel station and Churches. It is a very convenient place to stay. The hotel staff were very professional and polite. Special mention to Dominic Raphael who made sure am comfortable and well satisfied with their services. The manager as well followed up to make all is well and granted my request for a late checkout.

Nothing at all

The two managers of the hotel (Mr Sunny and Mr Edwin) were both an understanding leaders, and they are both friendly and of helpful human to guests and staffs, I appreciate their professionalism, including their staffing system. Nevertheless, the entire staff of the hotel is also a good set of teams with amiable punctuality and dedicated to pleasing guests to any length. The entire staff are respectful, well dressed, mannered, and exclusive trained. The management and staffs of the hotel deserve a promotion at their various departments beginning from the entrance securities, receptionists, maintenance team, restaurant team, bar team, cleaning team, house keepers, and their laundry team. Another two iconic staff there were (Timilehin and Wisdom), they are both responsible human to trust and be with. I have tested them severally, and they passed gallantly. same as one security woman at the Gate which i cant remember her name, she is a dawn to heart fellow that is always available to assist any client right from the gate entrance down to the hotel reception. same applicable to the guys standing at the entrance of the reception door, the guys are supper good and helpful to guest, they begin by assisting guest with their luggages and escort them to their cars, even when any delivery guys came to deliver to any guest and the delivery guy left, they always make sure they reach the guest in a twinkle of seconds on phone to be sure the guest is safe for security purpose before the delivery guy will be allow to leave. and the beautiful ladies at the reception, I salute them as well for their welcoming smiles and warming greetings to guests, even if you are sad inside of you and you come to the hotel, you will forget your sorrow by you meeting these receptionist ladies, you will ended up laughing and smiling before you leave the reception.

There is no perfection in life and nature, which is absent in humans; only the creator of heaven and earth has perfection, and only him is the perfection of all things. I will only recommend the hotel to get their Fountain Waterfall active in order to create a more relaxing atmosphere and healthy breath of guests. It's also part of the natural significance needed among humans for well-being.

Breakfast was excellent and location just so nice... I really like it. But I know improvement can be done on the interior like ambience in each room but was thinking management is considering cost control. And for the price at that location I know it can sell more.

The AC filters need regular cleaning. Black dusts made me sneeze and cough and that is a health hazard.Then the mosquitoes from under the spaces in the doors was something else. Then the sheets were quite not bright probably because they have lasted too long.

Location was good. Tranquiluty of the hotel was good. Breakfast was good. Service was good.

The fridge in room 207 needs to be defrosted and cleaned out. It melted while we were away from the room because it seems the previous occupant or someone may have turned it off prior to our occupying the room. So, the freezer of the fridge got defrosted. This left water on the floor that caused my friend to slip - thankfully, he didn't fall. And after calling the front desk using the phone number on the hotel flyer, no one came with a mop or towel for it, so we had to improvise. The intercom in the room (207) was not working.

The bathroom is outdated and needs to be renovated. The TV had very limited channel options. The sockets are too far from the bed (for phone charging) and the AC(window unit) can only be controlled from the main switch.

Breakfast was wow, never expected a buffet breakfast. Proximity to place was excellent, staff dope, room top notch, all facilities working perfectly fine. My new home when ever I’m in Island.

Face lift of the pool surrounding like chairs, umbrellas and some paparazzi settings, hahahahah. But the pool is neat with clean water and surround. Those I asked are extras like Oliver Twist.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming at all times.. lovely food- always a queue at breakfast as people come down early to await the sumptuous food ...

The facilities and overall service. The AC, the room service, the electricity and other relevant things needed in a hotel just worked excellently.

The food. I only got food from the hotel's restaurant just once and decided never to get again, because it was too pricey and not as tasty as alternative restaurants.

The room was spacious and comfortable, AC was great. The wifi was actually better than I expected, I was able to use it for work without issues.

Water went off without prior notice and took a while to get back I don’t like that I can’t take the break fast to my room No bottle water in the room except you buy
