The food is Fine, room service is great and the a lot of awesome staffs. The staffs are always ready to serve and help out in any ways, Shap or forms.

The view that was promised when I booked the room in Canada was not available upon check-in and therefor was not delivered. I had to change the room to a better view but still not what I expected.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the environment. The swimming club is fantastic. Various slides to use for different ages.

There is no planned access for people with disabilities. Though with the help of the staff, our child with special needs was normally taken through the staff only elevator to access the restaurant and the pool area.

-Location is great to access hot spots around Victoria Island -lovely grounds to walk around -complimentary breakfast Buffett had alot of options - 4th floor had great Ocean views -the pool and slide was amazing fun

- honnestly the hotel has so much going for it in terms of location, history, grounds, ocean front..but it's a bit empty! A great live band on Friday would have been great

The view from the room and the general serenity of the facility. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The power supply needs to improved to ensure uninterrupted supply. One of the outages left me stuck in the lift for a few minutes. Also facilities need to upgraded/modernised.

Everything was perfect. The employees were cheerful and helpful, the food was great and the dine in food was amazing and portions were great. The swimming pool was clean, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfy.

Everything else was perfect. The food, the staff, the view and the pool area is just breathtakingly beautiful. The rooms and the bed is just perfect. We were really impressed even though we planned to stay just one night, we ended up staying for 3nights lol.

We missed the hotel entrance each time we got back from town. We always had to go make a U- turn and then carefully look for the entrance to the hotel premises. They need to put better lighting at the entrance and maybe a sign post to make it easier for people trying to find the hotel.

My children are asking when next we are coming... I'm recommending it to family and friends.

I can't remember any specifics though I wished the rooms were a bit bigger.

Good choices for breakfast and a wide range to choose from. Fresh food and the staff were simply excellent. Very well thought out and meticulous Covid-19 prevention protocol. Excellent location

Having an iron in the room would have helped. Expecting guests to call reception for an iron and ironing board is not a good idea.

The staff were exceptional....they ALL deserve a wage increase 👏 The food was delicious 😋 Loved dining outside with peacocks, lizards and ships on the sea!!

The food was a bit expensive...1200 naira for a small bottle of water 💧 😋 😳

The entertainment and waitress at the restaurant was brilliant. Complimentary cake and room decoration was a nice touch. The outdoor area was very nice, great for taking pictures!
