It's located in a safe, prestigious estate. I was visiting for a few days to be away from family to just concentrate on some pending work (I do this often), and this hotel presented the perfect, safe, somewhat serene environment away from home to do just that. I was given an upgrade to a much better room than I paid for so I was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and the room was neat and well-cleaned. The facilities were quite modern. The staff were mostly polite and kind (this is important for me as I love to deal with pleasant people - and in Nigeria, many people - even those in the hospitality and service industries can be unnecessarily rude and unpleasant so it's always nice to meet smiling, pleasant receptionists and staff). The breakfast was a decent buffett and the food was tasty. The Queen died during my stay and as a news junkie I was grateful there was a good selection of news channels on cable to allow me keep up with events. There is also a well-stocked supermarket on the premises, with stuff that is appropriately priced - from sodas to alcohol, biscuits and actual, delicious food, so you can pretty much get everything you need on the premises. I was really grateful for that Supermarket. There were a couple of problems with my bathroom but anytime I brought the attention of the receptionist to it, she sent a maintenance guy who usually came up quickly to fix the problems.

I thought the internet could have been faster.

Quiet space so felt like home away from home. Due to it being inside, I loved that everything was close by. There’s a supermarket, a grill and a restaurant. It was quite lovely. I would book again.

The lighting in the bathrooms could be better. The pool was unavailable. We weren’t informed properly.

I had a very good experience right from the Manager to the staff. They were friendly and accommodating. I thank all of them for taking care of me. There is a mini super market within the premises and that helped a lot as the hotel is a bit remote from everything.

Breakfast was for local Nigerians. Would be good to have more continental mix. The hotel is a bit remote from everything.

The room was superb. The staff were very polite, welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is secured and serene. You can take an early morning jog or an evening walk around the estate. The wifi is good, water is clean, room facilities are good and adequate.

I loved everything about Parkview Astoria. The staff, the receptionists, every thing went on smoothly. The staff are very hospitable, professional and receptive.

I got a free upgrade for using Booking.com Very helpful and friendly staff. The supermarket was a very nice touch. Meals were beautifully and promptly presented.

The bathroom. It had a bit of stink and water pressure was low. Wi-fi could be better.

The location was good. although a bit hard finding the hotel in the estate. peeking was easy. I loved the entrance and the staff are very welcoming. I booked the deluxe king room and I was happy with hat I saw. the room was cold and environment serene and quiet.

the sheets in the room were old and stained. had to complain and get them changed . no tissue in the bathroom and I didn’t even bother to ask them. the fridge was leaking but that was promptly fixed. breakfast was basic for such a big and expensive hotel. barely 5 meals in total.

when I booked the hotel, I was skeptical on what I will see on site but to my surprise the exact room I booked for that was what they gave me. seriously the pictures online did not do justice to the hotel. the room i lodge was beautiful, cozy, neat, the room has all the facilities I wanted. I

I love everything about the property couple with the fact that they have a supermarket onsite makes life so easy and their goods were affordable. only what wasn’t presentable was the electric kettle and I called the receptionist which was picked up immediately for washing.

The pool was good. the room was cozy. the staff was great. It was amazing to know a good hotel was hidden within Parkview estate. Though you gotta use google map to locate and come out of the hotel. It is hidden within.

The breakfast was limited. no variety for a buffet breakfast. It was the same thing every morning and i think breakfast should be till 11am instead of the 10am. They would have done a complimentary washing of my car even though it was parked very close to the security office.
