Excellent location close to check-in and train station. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast buffet that is offered from 5 a.m. - most helpful for early departures from Oslo Airport. The restaurant is nice, even though the range of meals offered is limited.

Basically, everything about this hotel is fine. But: We were asked to check-in online before our arrival. The process was time-consuming and didn't really work. And it did not make checking-in at the hotel any faster at all. Useless.

Booked as our airline left us stranded in Oslo... Place was fantastic and the extra large double was super comfy. Shower was brilliant. Literally a 5 Min walk to the airport - couldn't get any better! Breakfast was AMAZING with soooo many options. (fruit, veggies, fresh breads, fish, cereals, Oats, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, etc etc). We checked out at 0530 only to find our next flight had been cancelled a couple hours after checkout.. So we called the hotel at 8am to see if we could check back in for a few hours of sleep and they were so lovely. Checked straight back into our room and it was easy as. We were greatly appreciative.

the staff was not friendly and couldn't communicate clearly. to be more specific, it's the male staff in the reception in the evening of Aug 17 2024. he gave 1 key per room, and we asked for 2 Keys, and we got the 2nd key, but the 2nd room key was not working. also there was some other communication which i don't want to talk about it now. the other female staff is really nice. so i guess this is single case. however, this staff did make me feel i may not choose this hotel again. there's no water stopper design in the shower so the water could come out , but we could solve this by the floor mat in toilette.

The front office reception staff member by name Cherry (Indonesian Girl) was incredibly helpful, caring and personally invested in her job. I had a bad night sleep in the room 2316 (not because of room but because of my long journey) and I had a late night flight back again so I needed some rest. Cherry not only understood my situation but was very helpful to my request and granted me a few hours late checkout so that I could rest and recuperate. Apart from this she was extremely polite and very pleasant to deal with. Next the lady at the breakfast was again very helpful and caring to my request as my wife had to leave at 6am. Cheers to both the staff members as both were Amazing, helpful and customer oriented

The modern style, the ambience, and the room size. Most of all - the short distance to the airport. Perfect location for an overnight stop between flights. Great selection for breakfast.

The extra costs at this hotel are disappointing. We had breakfast included within our booking. We mentioned we had an early flight in the morning so asked if we would still be able to have breakfast before we left. The receptionist told us it was served from 5am but there was an option for them to put together a takeaway breakfast too. We decided that that might be better. She then told us we would have to pay the price for breakfast again, each, for that. Double the price for a takeaway breakfast - silly money! We declined and had breakfast at the hotel before we left. We also considered getting room service but on top of a suggested tip, the delivery charge was 100 kr.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was incredibly accessible, with everything we needed within walking distance, except the airport. The variety of food options around was fantastic, and the rooms looked exactly like the pictures online. The stay was comfortable and convenient, making it a perfect choice for exploring the area.

While our stay was nearly perfect, we did experience a minor inconvenience. Despite booking three rooms for our group, we were placed on different floors. We understand this might have been due to automatic room assignments, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Aside from that, everything else was spot on, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here twice in a ten day period, once when we arrived in Norway and the day before departure. We found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It was a nice surprise to have a coffee machine in the room and my favourite green tea. The bathroom and toiletries were good quality. The shower was hot and the water pressure ideal. The breakfast selection was outstanding with many favourites and some new tastes. The fresh fruit was particularly good. On two occasions we dined in the restaurant and while the menu is limited, the food was delicious and catered for most tastes. Marcus at the bar made sure we had a taste of Norwegian beer and Gin. Reception staff were very pleasant and the restaurant staff were keen to look after us well. The hotel is located well for access to the airport or to the train into the city.

No face washers

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. That was the reason i chose it. It's a short 5 minute walk to the airport and a no brainer if you need to fly our early the next day.

The restaurant experience was a nightmare. we were seated and then ignored for 45 minutes. i actually went to the bar and brought back some wine for us. I finally got hungry enough to wave someone down. They did apologize. But a 10% discount wasn't really sufficient for the treatment. Luckily we were not in a hurry and enjoyed the wine from the bar in the comfort of the dining room until they noticed us.

Uncomfortable chair (only one) for a superior double room with enough space for two, bed was good, the colour scheme looks depressing all in dark grey/black, could do with another power point for the kettle, view of two roads and a car park, receptionist was pushy for us to sign a paper asking not to smoke but it also said we are agreeing to have our data shared, I signed it but I really didn't like her manner and the pressure at check in for the data collection even so she kept saying it is only for smoking which was a plain deception

Location was very convenient for an early flight the next day - there is a covered walkway between the terminal and the airport. The breakfast was very good and the room was spacious and clean.

Check in can be busy if a group of people all walk in together. Someone in a wheelchair was actually caught in the revolving door and the side door was locked, so no one could get in. Eventually another customer came over to unlock the door but the staff was too busy checking people in to help. We did not stay here the second time we could have during our trip because the price was much higher than the first instance, but we would stay again when the prices are reasonable.
