Firstly, an excellent breakfast buffet, with a huge selection. Compared to similar spreads we have had at other hotels, the breakfast buffet here has more choices and also noticeably high quality ingredients. The eggs are unusually tasty for example. The rooms are a good size, neither small nor large. We had a twin with an extra foldaway bed and that worked fine. It is modern, clean hotel. The location is a little away from the centre at Hasle tube, but it has good bus, airport-bus and tube links. There are three or four places to eat and drink within about 100 meters too. Although quite pricey in Euro and £ terms it is notably good value compared to other Norwegian hotels. We would absolutely return again. Fine value for money and good for tourists.

The lighting is very poor in the room, but that seems to be a style or a Norwegian thing. We were there four days and noticed that there is a difference in the friendliness and efficiency of various members of staff, so that loses a star. For a four star hotel being rationed to only one free cup of coffee a day and only then if you are a member of the Strawberry Club is truly odd.

The room was beautiful, the bed slept fantastic and the bathroom was also very nice. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of choice and great quality. Lot of room in between the buffet and a lot of seating spaces. Overall aesthetic of the hotel was so beautiful, very luxury.

Upon arrival (around 19:30 27/08) we used the bathroom in the lobby, all the toilets were very very dirty. Maybe there was a conference or something I don’t know but it was not okay how dirty they were. Also the receptionist was very friendly but she could have given us some more information. She left out where we could find breakfast (it was obvious but it’s something you should tell). Also she didn’t mention that we needed to use our room key to use the elevator, we were very confused and figured it out eventually but if she told us it would be better. Also she could have asked us if we arrived by car so we could pay for the parking space.

I was very satisfied with my staying at Quality Line Hotel!! It is located not far away from city centre, you can get there either by bus or underground, the closest stations are Hasle (green line direction Vestli) and Løren (blue line), then it takes cca 5 min walking to the hotel. My room was quite big than I expected, with queen size bed, comfortable deck with a lamp on it where I could sit with my laptop and work, TV, clean bathroom, hair dryer and a cloth hanger. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help in case of any problem 😊 Thank you so much for your kind service, will sure come back!

The room is very nice and spacious. Bed is comfortable. The room is overall pretty clean. Breakfast is good with a lot of varieties, and the food in the Bistro is delicious too. There were a little bit problem during my stay but they got sorted very fast by the front desk, so it isn’t a big deal. The location is a bit far from the city center, but there’s a subway close to it, so I don’t mind at all. I will definitely book again in the future!

The room needs more light. At least put 1 more light on the shelf above the bed head.

Modern hotel with all amenities. Our stay was calm, nice and satyfying. Overall industrial, but also cosy design of the rooms. Price for value is one of the best. Also, the breakfast are amazing!

From smaller things I need to say that there was no wardrobe. Also something to think of is constanly on air-conditioning. It turns on automatically after some time, even when turned off.

Stylish modern hotel with wonderful breakfast. Outside of the city centre, but easy to reach with public transport. Super friendly welcome at the reception.

Like others here, I really think there should be coffee and tea in the room - especially for this price. Maybe the more reviews mention it, the hotel will actually consider ;-). However, I do got a kettle when I asked for it, so that was great! And like others mentioned too, the light in the room could be better. Not very cosy, especially in the area around the bed. In general, the hotel looks stylish, but it doesn't have a lot of character/personality to it.

The room is massive, all furniture is very stylish and modern and brand new. Beautifully furnished. Nice staff, good breakfast and good position to reach public transportation and the city/Airport.

the breakfast room could be a little bigger as the buffet is overcrowded on weekend. The room comes without daily cleaning unless asked the day before. it always takes 5+ min to reach the nearest metro / bus

Clean rooms, dog friendly. Met our needs for a overnight stay while driving through Oslo.

Rooms were not ready when we checked in even though it was after checkin time. No commitment on when the room will be made ready just told please check after 30 mins twice. No apologies, almost felt like it was our fault that the room was not ready. Front desk could and should be more communicative than that.

The hotel had nice clean new rooms . The bathrooms were clean and huge . We all loved the breakfast, so fresh and so much more variety as compared to many established hotels. The staff were super efficient at refilling.special mention to a new boy who had joined on 14tg July who made an effort to ask if we were enjoying our breakfast n stay.

One of the reception did not tell us anything about the hotel associated parking tbat could have saved us a lot of parking fee and even when we asked she did not give helpful answer and basically gave us the wrong information. However the receptionist who joined on 13th night was super helpful and gave helpful information which made us realise what the earlier staff member had done. She also helped us find a kettle that we needed for making milk for our baby.

recently furnished hotel with access to a gym and cafe. The lounge was spacious with refreshments for guests.

there is no shops or restaurants nearby, the price was a bit higher considering the location and facilities in the area. For some reason there was no powerpoint in the shower room and the only way to access the power was through the toilet door which has some safety concerns. I have been advised the window was designed to not open but I am not sure the exact reason behind.
