The room was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Water was so tasty <3. Breakfasts were also very nice (eat how much you want), but they could be a bit more diversified - a new hot dish every day would have been nice. The location was a good place for a walk and 1m to the metro station.

The room on the 8th (highest) floor had rain protection on the level of the bottom of the window. I'm not sure what material it was made of, but the rain sound was similar to chestnuts failing off a tree (it woke me up the first night). The lighting system was a bit annoying with a dazzling 'wardrobe light' which could be seen from the bed.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms and lovely comfortable beds. Enjoyed being able to have our son in his own room nearby for a fraction of the cost of hotels in the city. Quiet, peaceful place. Fantastic array of food offered in the breakfast area. Appreciated the latte machine and the fresh fruit. Location of hotel required the use of public transit which was easy once you understood it. Access to a Coop food store, a pharmacy, and a great little shwarma/sandwich place in the mall below.

The inability to buy transit tickets at the hotel's metro location. The place selling the tickets was closed at night and machine didn't work the next morning. Left with no choice but to ride with no tickets 'til we could get them in town. Some cities issue considerable fines for riding without valid payment. Stressful. Fridge in the room not working nor fixed while we were there:(

Excellent extensive breakfast. Convenient location close to T Ban (about 15-20 mins to central station) , river side and access to amenities such as small co-op supermarket and cafes. Check in and out was efficient and pleasant

Fantastic breakfast with great choices to meet every taste and desire. Loved the latte machine, the fresh fruit, and all the different baked goods. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, quiet, and peaceful neighbourhood easy to get to by public transit. Beautiful bathroom with interesting decor. Comfortable beds and linens. Large, roomy, space.

The fridge in the room was not working and not serviced during our stay which made it impossible to keep food safe. Unfortunate.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious, modern, and had a cozy vibe to it. The bathroom was extremely comfortable and in general we were happy with all the amenities. The location was great - literally in front of the Nydalen metro station, from where you can go to Oslo centre in 15 mins. A very quiet area as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

- the shower drain was poor - amenities were provided for one person only (one set of towels) - we were not allowed to take the food we did not finish at breakfast to our room - no slippers in the room (bring your own)

The Radisson Blu Nydalen is a beautiful hotel. They upgraded me to a bigger room due to a couple issues with 1st room. Excellent buffet b-fast. Top floor large room had great views. Very comfortable bed. Right by subway to city

A couple issues with 1st room, heat would not go on, it was chilly, also bathroom sink very slow to drain. When I told them aboutthis, they upgraded me to bigger, deluxe room, but heat still did not go on for some reason, they gave me a space heater, and that warmed things up

To simply put it, wow. It is an absolutely gorgeous building with a very modern reception and bar. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was and all the staff were very friendly and bi-lingual! The check-in process was very easy, and directions were clear on where my room was. Before my stay, I asked for a top floor room, if any were available. I got just what I asked for thanks to the fantastic team at Radisson Hotels! The location is exceptional. It is not too far from local shops and there is a little shopping centre nearby which was nice to walk through. Right below the hotel, there is a metro stop, a tram stop around 5 minutes away, and bus stops everywhere. Oslo is really easy to get around with the transport apps and 24-hour tickets! Anyway, onto the room. It was very spacious and modern. It came with everything you need e.g. hair dryer, fridge, kettle, etc. The bed was incredibly comfy and a really good size. The bathroom was spaceous and clean and came with the little bottles of shampoo, etc, which was convenient. Overall, it was very clean! I really enjoyed my stay here and I was sad to leave both the hotel and Oslo. It is a beautiful place and I would 10000% recommend this hotel. Yes, it is a bit out of the city, but it is quiet and has amazing views

The only criticism I can think of is the cleanliness of the bedroom floor and the bedside tables. There were coffee stains still there so it would have been better with a quick wipedown

Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities. Check-in and check-out was quick with complimentary baggage storage. Didn't try the breakfast even though there was a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly. Got a room with river view.

Even though not directly related to the hotel premises getting to the hotel late at night was a little challenging as couldn't get metro tickets for Nydalen and had to take a bus past mid-night and checked-in very late.

Very convenient to have the subway stop in the same building, where there is also a supermarket, several cafees and a pharmacy. Its next to the river Akerselva, and a great area for walking (it leads you down town or to the forest) or swimming in the summer. The room was comfortable, breakfast very nice, and the whole lobby and breakfast area was calm and relaxing. We had a bath tub in our room, which was a nice surprise when travelling with a kid.

Our soap and shampoo dispensers where almost empty, hard to get any body lotion out

The room was very comfy and clean. Breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of products, satisfying any taste, dietary restriction or appetite. The hotel is near the Nydalen metro station, easily accessible from the central railway station or from downtown via the green line (5 - Ringen). We stayed there for 3 nights and we chose to buy and use the 48h Oslo Pass (via its proprietary mobile app). Public transportation and entrance to museums just became really easy and, overall, much cheaper than buying separate tickets. Bear in mind that Norway is very expensive (significantly more expensive than Switzerland, for example), so any discount / cost saving counts. The hotel personnel was very kind and helpful to us. We would definitely stay there again if we would ever return to Oslo.

I really can't find anything that should or could be changed or improved.
