The location is perfect as it is opposite Lillestrøm train station. You can get a train to pretty much anywhere around Oslo from there, including the airport. The staff is really friendly and they are helpful. The breakfast options exceeded my expectations and there were many options. The staff at the breakfast was nice. We got a baby cot as requested and the hotel also messaged ahead to ask how many we required. There is general parking not far from the hotel since the hotel does not have a parking facility.

It will be nice if the hotel has its parking facility so that guests don't have to incur parking fees as high as 500kr.

Location is great; just 200m from the railway station. The building is modern and well designed; the public areas (Reception, bar & restaurant) were well laid out on the ground floor. Reception staff were friendly and courteous; our check in was fast & efficient and we accepted the offer of a room on a high floor - the view of the town was super. Everything we needed was in the room, the shower was excellent and the room black out blinds & curtains were really effective (important in Norway in mid summer). The quality & range of breakfast items was very good; there were friendly staff on hand to guide & assist if required. A few hours after checking out I realised that I had left my earbuds in my room; when I called the hotel the fab Receptionist explained that they were safe at Reception and that I could collect them at my leisure- I did a few hours later.

Leaving. We only stayed one night on this occasion; we were able to recharge our batteries (literally & figuratively) and head out to enjoy our first holiday in Norway. Our schedule has us returning to the hotel in another week and we are really looking forward to it.

- Right next to the station and very close to the Messe; only 10+ minutes direct to Oslo S - Excellent breakfast! - Efficient lifts - surprisingly good for the number of rooms - Doors do not make noise. Really great in respect of the quality of sleep. While immediately next to a train station, surprisingly quiet. If you have sensitive ears, you may want to ask for rooms that are on the other side from the station. - I loved the heated bathroom floor! - A compact room but has everything you need, including ironing board. Quite well thought of.

- The shutter did not close completely despite the midnight sun period. Bring eye masks if you have sensitive eyes. - Room temperature was too low for me and I could not change it. Really too bad as this is an important point for me and for the environment. I ended up turning off the air-con. - USB key ports would have been good..

Staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable & the breakfast exceptional. Great location for anyone arriving by train from the airport or Oslo & visiting the exhibition centre. Offer to store luggage until my travel time after checkout.

I arrived on Sunday after a long journey to find that no food is available on Sundays & the bar was also closed. This on a day when the hotel was full of delegates to EVS35. Everything closed locally so the only option was a train into Oslo. Only three hangers & no draws is poor when staying four days for an exhibition.

Great location! Skip the expensive hotels at the airport and stay here - only 10 mins away RIGHT at the Lillestrom train station. Same for Oslo - downtown is noisy and expensive. Stay here and be only 10 mins on the train away. It was the best breakfast we had in Norway! Also has heating and A/C which many hotels did not (then you listen to street noise if you need to open windows in Oslo and elsewhere).

The room is a little on the small side for North Americans but comfy and soundproof.

Had a lovely stay at the Scandic Lilliestrom. Hotel right beside train and bus stations, making it very easy to get to Oslo and the airport. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Definitely would return to this hotel.

Superior accommodation, with its luxurious bathtub, twin beds so comfortable, top ambient temperature, large TV screen and room totally insulated! Furthermore, just a few steps away from the train station which is an important hub for OSLAP. Finally, an exceptional breakfast and, surrounded with the best care from the staff!

Parking always an issue. Although the hotel has a ten-minute parking spots in front of the entrance door, which is good for luggage handling.

Clean modern hotel. Best buffet breakfast I have ever seen! We asked if we could take a roll for lunch and they offered to wrap it for us!

Room was a bit on the tight side, but expected. Lillestrom turned out to be handy with cheap train travel (kids free), Day pass

Fresh and cosy interior. Excellent location: In the direct vicinity of the Lillestrom station (10min to Oslo Central station by train), several Cafes and two Grocery stores. The best breakfast buffet during my 7 year travel experience! Very clean rooms. The bed was super comfortable. Very good noise isolation.

Hotel does not have its own parking. Private parking is located approximately 100m away (340kr a night). The AC panel was broken.

Good hotel, nothing To complain about, except the price tag. I was there for work and didn’t have to pay out of my own pocket. Location was fine for me, but from a tourist perspective there is nothing to do.

Value for money, it was way too expensive.
