Great location in the middle of the city, all communication was done through Booking, including self check-in and check-out. The beds kind of suck, but what do you expect for the pricing :). Stay was fine!

We found a dead bug on one of the the beds and the shower was leaking, but once again - cannot expect that much for the price that was paid lol

I was very satisfied with accommodation, I came to Trondheim by plane and took bus from there, the bus stop was very closed to the hotel, to get in to the hotel and room was by codes so flexible hours for check in ... the location is absolutely great - in the middle of the city so everything was closed by walking around, room was simple but enough for two nights stay ... I really recommend this hotel during staying in Trondheim - its a very nice city and nice to visit there - nice things to see during day time and night life is very active with clubs and restaurants ...

If somebody want to have a quite place, this isnt very perfect location as the bars are around, so you have to have closed windows to not hear active night life during the night :-).

The room had a hot water heater for coffee or tea, a fridge and a clean bathroom. The windows face away from sun in the evening so it was not too warm in the room. Remember, Norwegian hotels don’t have AC. In addition, there is a washer in the hall so we could go all our laundry. The queen size bed consisted of two single beds so we were able to separate these as I was sharing the room with my younger nephew. This was the most reasonable hotel room in Trondheim and by far the best.

It was booked the following night

Fast, uncomplicated check-in. Clean room. Location in the centre of town, easy to reach. No need to check out, just hang a sign on your door.

The mattress was rather soft and kept slipping off the base. There was no shampoo. There was no hairdryer so I phoned up the service number, who sent a member of the cleaning staff along with one in a couple of minutes. The room was very hot but the guy on the check-in turned that off for me, since I didn't know how to use the heating.

Great location, easy contactless check in by receiving a building / room code room 2 hours before check in time. Our room was on the 6th floor and had a lovely view of the city and canal.

The bathroom flooded as the floor in the shower did not angle towards the drain, and there was no separation. Street parking very expensive outside the hotel. We ended up parking in a nearby garage for 240nok (maximum charge in 24 hour period).

Good location in city centre a short walk from the train station. Access to hotel is by a pass code that is texted to you. This system worked fine for us without problem. Loads of places to eat nearby including Jimi's which is not bad in same building. Our room was on Floor 6 and didn't face the street, no noise problems at all. Able to leave bags at the other, staffed City Living hotel a few blocks away before we left town. Nice to have a kettle and a fridge in the room.

Erm, the light switch for the bathroom was in an odd place? It's a budget hotel, UK Travelodge standard - that was what we were expecting and that is what we got, so nothing really not to like.

Very close to the train station (Trondheim S). Also within walking distance of all the sites we wanted to see in Trondheim.

Obtaining the entry code was difficult. It never arrived via text as indicated in the description. I had to place a phone call to finally get it. The representative tried to email it, but it never arrived, so finally he gave it to me over the phone and I was lucky I had a pen and paper available to write it down as there were three different codes.

Excellent no frills accomodation in a great location, close to the station (we came straight off the night train), and near to the Airport express bus stop. Simple self check in process and our room was ready early. We didn't see any staff but didn't need to! Also there were black out curtains which was welcome having come from Bodo where there were none even in 24 hour sunshine!

It was very clean and comfortable, always a pleasant temperature, good facilities for washing, quality towels. Always quiet at night even on weekends and the location was fabulous.

The single beds were very light and would often slide away from each other in the night and the mattress would come off the bed, and not enough pillows for us. 1 each gave us a bit otlf a sore neck sometimes.

Perfect location, near everything. The room has all you need for a couple of days, it was clean and very comfortable. Possibility to make tea and coffe, a refrigerator, what else? Coudn't have choosen a better place to stay in Trondheim. Great comunication before check in, I got a message with the codes to enter the building and my room, but there was also a very nice and helpful lady in the reception, and she helped me adjust the temperature in my room. Everything worked perfectly.
