This place is fantastic and they offer adventures for everyone in the family. The climate is superb and the views are beautiful. Service is excellent and the restaurant offers delicious food. The room accomodations I would rate 5 stars. Bring several cameras, waterproof is best if you are planning on exploring nature trails. They have trucks that take you from Los Establos office in town to their hotel, up in Palo Alto. Walking there instead is extreme aerobic exercise because of the steep mountain road and you may get soak in cold rain but it is a nice, couple of hours walk.

there is nothing that I did not like about Boquete Tree Trek. It is probably the best place to stay around Boquete when you need time for yourself or family.

The location is amazing, it's a must see! The bar staff was friendly. The wood burning fireplace that separates the bar from the dining area really adds to the ambiance. Food tasty. Activities are top-notch. My advice would be stay elsewhere but take advantage of all the activities they offer.

The service is incredibly slow. The breakfast starts at 7:30, the group had an 8:30 canopy tour reservation on their property. We arrived at 7:20. It took 40 minutes to be served scrambled eggs, toast, and sausage. Dinner took two hours from order to desert. It seemed that they felt guests are a burden. Water turned off. That kind of thing happens, but they tried to hide it from us. We tried multiple times to get a glass of water and coffee. The cups were filled only half way with coffee, the water never came. We would have understood if they just told us. We got back to the room after a disappointing breakfast only to find the rooms had no water either. No one was able to use the bathroom, brush teeth, etc until just before check out time.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Tasty food, though not very Panamerian, but still great. We also took four tours, all were very interesting, the guys working there are cool and very professional (from zipline to coffee tour). Truly recommend if you want to spend few days in calm, remote location and recharge.:)

It’s not about the dislike, but you have to be prepared that the wifi will be poor on a mountain, thus better take a book with you. Also not about the resort itself, but you need to take warm clothes (pants, jackets, etc), as in the evening/morning it is really cold outside compared to other popular among the tourists Panama locations.

Absolutely lovely location. We stayed in one of the matrimonial cabins, and we woke up each morning to a beautiful view of the mountains. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and competent. Every single interaction we had was good. The activities that they offer are very fun, and it is clear that the people running them also are having a good time, which makes the whole experience very enjoyable. The restaurant was nice and an excellent price. We would thoroughly recommend staying here!

If we have to nitpick, the room was sometimes a little cold, and the shower was a little unpredictable: sometimes it would go cold after 5 minutes, and other times you would be able to enjoy a 15-minute (warm) shower.

Great location high in the mountains with stunning views of the village of Boquete and the volcano. The hotel has a beautiful large covered terrace with stunning views. With regard to the room, there is a choice of rooms in an extension or a few individual cabins. Free transport to and from the village

Limited walking possibilities. There are some trails but they are only accessible if you book a tour. There is a coffee tour, hanging bridge trail and a great zip-line experience

We had a wonderful stay at Tree Trek. Our room was comfortable with heavenly beds. Nature was really nice and the rainy times were really cozy.

The meals where quite expensive and you don’t really have an alternative since Tree Trek is a little outside from Boquete.

The breakfasts are very tasty with good coffee. The staff is very nice and helpful. The tours that they propose are amazing (i recommend zip line and walking by the bridges) All tours we made with our 10 years old boy and 5 years old girl (even zip line - she loves it thanks to our guide).

Cold water in the bathroom. Even I tried to wait, the water was a little bit warm for 10-15 seconds about. It is not enough for wash the kids (it was definitely too cold).

the views were beautiful, the restaurant was excellent very reasonable pricing, staff was very friendly. we liked it so much that we never moved our vehicle after we got there. Food and drinks were well priced. it was so nice to be able to stay there and do tours and activities right on that property. each tour we took was excellent along with the people that ran them.

I have nothing to say it was a very good experience.

The location is out of town, in a coffee & tea plantation. Quiet, nice to hear birds chirping. Excellent breakfast. Beds were comfortable, shower was working well. The hotel offers a variety of tours.

It wasn't a problem as we had a rented car to pop in to the town for craft beer and food.

Very clean and cosy cabins. Comfortable beds, we slept very well. The staff are very friendly, we experienced exceptional customer service. Always with a smile. The restaurant offers a good selection of food for reasonable prices. We did the canopy tour which was brilliant, again the staff conducting the tour were amazing. Super fun and friendly. Would definitely recommend Tree Trek for a short mountain stay and adrenaline filled activity break.
