Nice newer hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any need we had. Nice comfortable bed, bathroom was on the smaller side but did the job.

Can be a little noisy from the main hallway with lots of hard surfaces to echo noise from kids running around and being loud which we encountered. Not a big issue just something to keep in mind.

Pretty small hotel, beautiful room and a decent location. The food was outstanding. Great Flan, fantastic combo platter, room service or a great restaurant. Very friendly staff that went out of their way to help us feel great. They let us check in a bit early since our flight arrived pretty early in the morning, helped us make some reservations for a tour. When we had to check-out at 2am (to make the drive to the tour), there was someone there who even offered us a nice cup of espresso to make sure we were awake enough for the drive. The lady at the front desk had some local connections that helped us secure a last minute tour that was wonderful to Volcan.

The area was bit under construction and there was a bit of noise, an event they were hosting made it difficult to park. We had to park on overflow parking, which wasn't mowed.

a boutique hotel should have at least toiletry sets upon request, if not already provided in the rooms. The hotel should provide guests advice/feedback/local knowledge/deals/arrangements on links to local transportation options, given it is in a touristy region that is not widely accessible.

Clean, convenient to town, available free parking on site.

Some music noise late at night (Saturday) from nightclub downstairs. We had a white noise machine, which cancelled out most of the noise but could still hear the bass speakers.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The internet was fast and reliable.

Beautiful modern interior. Attentive staff. Cleanliness. Super comfortable bed and beddings. Excellent internet and cable. Choice of fan or airconditioning. Great breakfast as vegetarians they adjusted and accomodated us which we highly appreciate.

There was nothing to not like. The hotel is 3 mins away from the busstop.

the room we got was about 15 x 15 or 220 SF. We booked a room that is supposed to be 387 SF. After the first day we were shown the original room that we booked, and it was slightly larger but nowhere near advertised.

They weren’t prepared for the high volume of people for Sunday breakfast, they could’ve opened the Bar area to accommodate us but didn’t. Waitress was overstressed and unable to hide it.

Located near the main road in Volcan, the room was beautiful and spacious with a sofa, mini fridge, wireless charger, TV and coffee machine. Nice breakfast included, cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Literally everything - the ambience, the breakfast, the quiet, the birds - but mostly the exceptional host, Pascal. He went out of his way to help us a couple of issues we had + helpful information about nearby restaurants, etc.
