I arrived on july 27th late at night and was assigned a room on the second floor ... as soon as i entered the room, there was loud music coming from the street (it was a party for Peru national day). I asked the reception to move to another more quiet room and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much more quieter! Buffet breakfast was really good though selection is very limited to bread, cereal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, ham and cheese.

The fact that it is on a bar street made it a little noisy during the night ... but i should have known better! But it's the double edge sword! Close to the action so you can actually hear the actions!

We like the bed very much. It is very comfortable It is the best we have had since we arrived in Peru 5 days ago. We also enjoyed breakfast. It is buffet style and has a wide variety. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Overall we are very happy with the service. Another good point is the central location of the hotel. If you use QuickLiama for airport transfer, then it is extremely convenient as its main station is just less than 1 min walk. If we come back to Lima, we will certainly come to stay here again.

I wish a kettle provided in the room for making tea and coffee.

This hotel is beyond my expectations. It’s a true 4 star hotel. Receptionist, door man, breakfast staffs everyone here is very attentive and helpful. Room is very clean. Location is great. You can walk to Lacomar in 20 min or take bus right by the corner to old downtown. It also close to Inca market if you like to buy souvenirs. Breakfast is good with enough selections. I wish I stayed here 2 years ago. When I come back, definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beds Pillows and sheets were the most comfortable in all our stay across Peru over 30 days in November. The location couldn't be any better near Kennedy Park and all the shops. The street has some lively bars but no noise could be heard from the hotel room. One of our better stays to say the least. Friendly and helpful staff. We tipped the doorman who help us with Taxis and carried luggage to our room and stored it for us on arrival and on departure before we headed to airport. Definitely a 5 star luxury experience. Breakfast we ordered Omelettes for only 10 soles and it was very good. Street Murals really wowed me and looked real, I attached for fun.

Great breakfast, starts early, the bread is good. perfect locatin by Parque Kennedy, safe t walk at night. plenty of bars and eateries walking distance and full of shops and malls nearby, easy access to taxis and transport. Great place to stay while in Lima.

Could be a bit noisy depending on the location of your room, cause the street is full of bars and eateries, but no enough as to ever claim it disturbs your rest. Ask in reception for a less noisy room if that bothers you.

The location was perfect., about mid-way between the airport and the historic town center. We were made very welcome by the receptionist, who could not have been more warm and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable; wifi worked well. Dinner was delicious and well-served. Everything was very clean. Our room was quiet, tho it overlooked the street - room darkening curtains were a plus. Our room was excellent value for money.

The common areas of the hotel were very cold: library, lounge, bar, dining room and reception. Our room was also cold. Tho we had an individual a/c unit, it could not be set to heat for some reason.

Nice, clean room. Breakfast was decent, for tje Peruvian standards, although if you stay more than a few days you notice that there is not that much variation from one day to the other (bread, scrambled eggs, cheese, tomatoes, jam and butter, fruits and juices, sweet cereals, sweet youghurt).

The location of the hotel is close to the big boulevard, so it was a bit noisy, but again it seems that this is just normal in Peru.

I loved the location. There were restaurants and bars close by. I liked the front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful. They even called all the non working telephone numbers of different tour agencies that I supplied them with multiple times. The doorman was awesome and gave me lot of information. Breakfast was good. Room was comfy.

Initial welcome was a little cold.

Very good location near of everything, the guy at night shift was very polite and helpful. Clean room also.

Old amenities but still ok. When we came the hot water stoped, but they changed immediately the room, it was a little bit annoying at the beginning but solved politely from the staff in reception. The breakfast could be better..
