The hotel is in a great location. Esperansa Street is quiet, it is important that no one in the building in the neighborhood celebrates their birthday. We listened to electronic hits until midnight one night. from the hotel 10 minutes to Mercado1 (juice, fruit, even a great seafood lunch) which is next to the Metropolitano - bus metro. 11-12 stops to historic downtown for $1. No taxi needed. Next to the hotel is Kennedy Park. Breakfast is monotonous but tasty. The menu is simple - scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, cheese, ham, tea, coffee, buns. The rooms are small (with two suitcases and backpacks there is not much space), but tidy. The bathroom is clean. Very nice staff, helped a lot to optimize our time in Lima. It takes about 20 - 25 minutes to walk to the stony beach. The waves tossed us like an empty plastic bottle. The hotel is great!

Very nice decor. Close to a popular park where it's always crowded. Some evenings you will hear loud music from your room. The single glass windows and thin door do not help to reduce the noise. I used ear plugs. Good matras and pillows! The breakfast is of regular quality but did not disappoint. I would not mind staying there again.

The noise from the center is very easy to hear from the room. Also noise from inside the hotel can be heard very clearly. For example a group of guests sitting in the living room.

Good breakfast options, great reception area and staff were really friendly, location was great!!! Close to green spaces not far from the beach & lots of restaurants. 5 mins walk from the tourist centre airport service which is 15 soles. Rooms were very spacious and cleaning came each day.

We had a room on the ground floor which had a window to reception so we had no daylight as would’ve given up privacy. But fair for the price we paid!

- Excellent location on a quiet street one block east of Parque 7 de Junio - Very friendly staff who were always willing to help. I was able to store my baggage after checking out. - Good breakfast (eggs, potatoes, bread, fruit, coffee, etc.)

- There was a fan in the room, but there was no heat. The weather was warm during my stay but I probably wouldn't stay here during the colder months. - The room was nice overall, but part of the wall in the bathroom was exposed as if construction on the room wasn't complete - More than one pillow in the single room would have been nice. :)

The property was in a good location, a very short distance from Parque Kennedy and close to all Miraflores amenities. It was on a side street so it was pleasantly quiet on the property. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and allowed us to store our bags after checkout the day we left.

The room did not have much airflow and the fan didn’t work properly. The low speed setting didn’t work and the high speed setting was too loud to be able to sleep when it was going.

First: service. People at reception are so kind and helpful. They made my arrival so easy, helped me to get a phone SIM card, great directions and advice. Just great. Then, , perfect location in Miraflores, on the side of Parque Kennedy, tons of food eateries, high end restaurants, bars and pubs and an inmersion in Lima's life. Very safe place to walk even at night time. Walking distance from malls and shopping centers like Larcomar, beautiful place by the sea side. The place is an old house reconverted and your stay here is just worth looking at the decoration and old style furnishings and decor. Very cute.

My room was very clean and had all I needed, but basic. Breakfast come feel crowded to get to food and drinks if there are just a couple of customers at the same time since the breakfast space is small

This was a great find in Miraflores especially for the price they offer. The location is unbeatable; right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Miraflores within walking distance to everywhere. We stayed here for one night. The rooms are decent - they were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom shower was one of the best with high water pressure. They have hot water in the bathrooms and heating in the rooms. Also, it didn't get noisy. The morning breakfast was quite good with plenty of options, and it was replenished frequently as the guests ate. The hotel lobby is gorgeous with exquisite decorations; you can spend hours there itself. And we can't mention enough about how courteous and helpful the staff was with utmost hospitality. This was a lovely experience; we'll consider staying here again whenever we're back.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy, and the portico was the best part of the hotel where I could enjoy a tasteful breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is situated in the heart of Miraflores. It is close to Parque John F. Kennedy and some of the main streets of the neighborhood, where you can find many delicious restaurants. If you're looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

Nicely located casa in Miraflores with comfortable rooms and beds and friendly personnel. We started and ended our journey here in Peru. The accommodation is very quite and easy to reach. The taxi to the airport is a little more expensive compared to the rates in other areas in Peru.

Breakfast is very basic, not so much choice.

Friendly Staff, Excellent Location, Nice Little Hotel with Charm. If you don't care for Air-Conditioning, this is a great place at a great price. 2min walk or less to Kennedy Park, the center of Miraflores, Lima.

Unfortunately this Hotel doesn't have Air-Condition, or else i would have stayed longer. Sound proofing in the hotel isn't very good. I heard the neighbor room played acoustic guitar. I didn't bother me much, but was definitely noticeable.
