Excellent location. Spacious quiet room. Good breakfast. Apart from one receptionist pleasant staff.

Arrived slightly early after an all night bus. Young receptionist rather off hand. Couldn’t at first find booking until I showed proof then curtly said we couldn’t check in until 2pm ( which we knew anyway). Came across as rather rude. Also my friend and I have been used to splitting our bill on arrival but this time my card was charged 3 days before arrival !! for the whole amount. First hotel in 3 months to do that. Poor first impressions in what otherwise was a pleasant stay.

The experience at Casa Andina was excellent, from the first day to the last one. The staff was friendly, warm, and always smiling. The breakfast was spectacular with a wide variety of local products, super tasty, and traditional breakfast such as bread, cheeses, hams, cereals, oatmeal, etc. Excellent coffee and eggs made to your liking. Also, a variety of fresh local juices and tea. Each morning we were greeted by Leslie and her wonderful staff. To our surprise the last day the restaurant staff gave us a bottle of wine and a tray of delicious desserts in gratitude for our long stay. I also had a Swedish massage that helped me a lot with stress and a facial that left my skin feeling phenomenal.

The breakfast was very good American style, but I was expecting some Peruvian dishes for breakfast like tamales or humitas, sandwiches. The location was perfect, walking distance to the malls, restaurants and shops.

I had a problem with one the staff at the checking point, He was very rude, He didn’t give me any information about the facilities of the hotel, and He refused to give me my luggages that were in the storage room, because I lost the ticket, but I was showing my aid that match with the luggage, but still He didn’t believe me, and I complain , and the manager send some pastries to my room to said sorry

Included buffet Breakfast was great - variety of food that you can choose from such as eggs, sausages, several types of pastries and breads, jams, and juices. They have a variety of teas you can try, coffee, deli meat, cheeses, fruits, and natural yogurts. Room was clean - as I enter there was a note on who cleaned the room. Though, it does give off a dated atmosphere. Like that the room was old, musty, and carpet seems very dusty and dirty. The carpeting is dark so can't really tell. They have some statue replicas of pacha papa and pacha mama on the wall. Bathroom was well clean, ceiling on the tub shower was a little low so there's condensation on the ceiling and what could be an early sign of mold/mildew. WiFi - is fast. It was enough to run MS Teams call excellently Location was great walking distance from several places like Lamarca, Cusco Market, Inca Market, Maido, and More! Staff were great! My Spanish is conversational but lacking; All of the staff that I encountered spoke English very well which made communication splendid. Sauna/Steam room were great - they have wet sauna and a dry sauna. They also have a pool but I don't think it's heated.

The room was a little bit dated. I stayed on two different rooms both are similar looking that it seemed old. But my friend who stayed in the same hotel had a nicer, newer looking hotel room. So maybe it's just random whether you get an older or newer room.

The hotel has spacious rooms which offer plenty of comfort and convenience, no need to jump over your luggage during the stay. It is very easy to reach the hotspots of Miraflores, they're walking distance from the front door. Breakfast is excelent, and also a small showcase of Peruvian ingredients. Although we didn't use it, there's a good gym there, and an ATM. (very important because you must have some "soles" in your wallet)

I had an allergic crisis during our stay due to air-conditioner lack of cleaning. OK, I'm very sensitive to this, but it clearly missed cleaning, as dust could be seen coming from the vent as I turned it on. That's the only concern, once fixed it will be a 10/10 hotel.

The suite was amazing, very clean, safe area and the swimming pool was heated and nice.

The breakfast was always crowded and the lady at the reception (breakfast) wasn't very nice and would not help us to get a table. The reception at the hotel isn't 24h available, we try to ring a couple of times but not answer. Our suite was right next to the lift and we would hear the bell all the time.

Luxurious, modern facilities at a much lower price point than some of the nearby American/European chains in Lima (Marriot). My wife and I made ample use of the pool and saunas after spending a week traveling around Peru. It was the perfect way to end the trip for two exhausted travelers.

The lobby has an incredibly strong smell of men's cologne. At best this prevents people from congregating too long in the lobby. At worst it's unsafe for people with health conditions such as asthma (me). For everyone else it's just unpleasant to walk into the restaurant and try to eat your food while you still have this dense fragrance in your nose. I don't know who thought that was a good idea.

The staff were lovely and helpful ( Carlos, Abdul and Miguel), beds really comfy, rooms very clean, fabulous breakfast, WiFi worked. Location great too.

Only one tiny thing - wish there had been more variety of fruit available at breakfast, as Peru has lots of amazing fruits!

Location was fantastic, breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Spa and pool were great and the staff was excellent.

The shower was annoying, had to turn all the way up the hot water and fluctuated a lot between cold and hot while showering without touching the handles. Also windows were a bit dirty from the outside and a great deal of light enters the room at night from the aisle.

We loved everything about this chain Casa Andina. The comfort, the look and feel of the hotel, the breakfast, the rooms, the comfortable beds, the kindness of the staff, the food. Everything was simply amazing.

The only thing I did not like was the fact the parent company does not list the tel numbers of each Casa Andina and if you need to call the hotel directly you get routed to general number no one answers, or is only answered at certain hours for sales. But other than that. When we go back to Peru, we will ONLY stay at Casa Andina Premiums. Amazing!
