that i had to pay an extra 5% if I pay in credit card, wasnt comunicated at the booking site

I got locked out of my room outside the balcony in the middle of the night . I heard the sound of the automatic lock and feared I wouldn’t get back until the next morning.

Friendly and helpful personnel. It is a good and safe place for a solo traveler

I stayed in a suit with the kitchenette, though it would've be nice to have kitchen towels, paper towels and soap for dishes.

Breakfast was very good. Short walk to park and shops.Quiet dead end street .

A bottle of water and a coffee packet would have been nice, although desk clerk did bring me a carafe of water.

breakfast served in your room so selections are limited. Also, you have to pick the time when they deliver it in the morning. Some days you just want to sleep in more before eating breakfast. But this is a minor issue particularly when they are doing their best to reduce Covid risks.

Location is excellent in Miraflores with many restaurants, markets and groceries/supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel is on a quiet street so there is very little street traffic noise. The breakfast provided many different items and was prepared very well. In the Suite Balcony room, there was a kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, pots/pans and utensils needed for a extended stay. The shower had plenty of hot water and bathroom was well set up.

The kitchenette faucet handle was broken before arrival but was fixed not too long after by staff. Balcony door did not lock but the room was on a higher floor so it was not a major issue.

Excellent hotel with very polite and helpful staff. This was my second time in this hotel. The staff - young ladies - were so helpful with everything. You can ask them anything and they will help. For instance at the day of check out I could keep my room 1.5 hours longer than the normal check out time and they ordered a cab similar to UBER ( very cheap) for the airport. 30 minutes after pick up by the cab, they called me and asked if I was at the airport. If you need anything specific for shopping they will give you advice. The service is amazing. In Denmark you won’t get 1/10 of this service. The room I got was very nice with stone mosaic above the bed wall. While booking I requested a quite room, far away from the reception and they gave me a very quiet room. To sum up, book this excellent hotel with excellent service for a very reasonable price.

Limited choice for breakfast, however you won’t leave the breakfast room hungry.

This Atrium Miraflores truly was a hidden gem. Being in a side street meant that it was shielded from the noise of the popular Kennedy park area situated just behind. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities you would need to cook, eat and relax. The staff were all very polite and happy to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. As I didn't see any other people during my time there I can only presume the hotel was fairly empty. I'm at a lose to know why.

Unfortunately the breakfast was a very basic continental offering. There was a chef on hand to cook your eggs anyway you wanted though.

Breakfast was filling and the eggs were specially cooked by Abraham every morning. The reception staff were wonderful. They helped with transport, suggestions for local restaurants etc and were exceptionally helpful when a dr was needed. The room was cleaned very well every day. The shower was hot and water pressure good . The location was excellent, close to restaurants, transport shops etc and within easy walking distance to Baranco and the bus station to go into Lima centre

The bathroom while very clean had a funny smell sometimes

Great location, quiet, with, a lot of restaurants nearby, walking distance to all of the must see in Miraflores. Easy access to public transport. The room was clean, spacious, confortable, with nice bathroom and kitchen. The breakfast was good. Great place to stay while visiting Lima

Not the cheapest option but worth the money
